I was told to go down to your shop on a day that was a rough one for me.  I needed to have part of an existing tattoo covered up (ex husbands name).  So, I went and only to be told they weren't sure now if they could do it then oh okay, come on in the back. I was happy it was going to be done.  No stencil done of what I wanted, the ink gun just pushed back and forth over the name being covered up to the point that my skin was so raw and bloody.  The color not how I wanted it and sadly I can still see my ex's name as if it was scribbled out by a toddler.  Day 3 it is still bleeding.  I have 6 tattoos and know all to well how to properly care for them and keep them clean.  Day 6 I'm now in excruciating pain, swelling, redness around the entire area, skin pulled tight and hot to the touch.  I end up having to go to the emergency room and now on not one but two antibiotics for a cellulitis infection from my shin to my toes.  Not only do I have to deal with such pain and fear of being sick but I have a tattoo that is horrible looking because it is not what a cover up tattoo should ever look like.  It's sad that I feel I should have left the name instead of having gone to Tru Ink.  I hope my money you took for a poor job was worth it.This picture is the beginning of the cellulitis infection.  The swelling, redness and pain is 10 times worse at this moment.The following is my interaction with Ruik at this establishment today: Took the time to call Ruik at Tru-Ink Gallery to let him know what happened and how upset I am.  He proceeded to yell at me and was not willing to let me express my concerns/issue.  When I told him that his lack of professionalism is not how a business owner should conduct himself he then started dropping the "F" bomb on me and threatening me with his family members who are attorneys and that he will go to court to defend himself.  He then slammed the phone in my face.I called back and he answers the phone "so are you going to let me F***ing talk now or you still going to be an asshole".  I couldn't believe it!!!  I told him all I want is my money back which he is refusing to do, told me that it's my fault that he kept on drilling into my skin because I didn't know what I wanted when I had the photo of the exact flower I wanted and showed it to him.  He hung up on me again when I told I'm all I wanted was my money back and it would be doing the right thing to consider my co-pay for the ER visit.  He hung up on me a second time.  I called back AGAIN and he sent me to voicemail.I'm truly beside myself right now.  I'm sitting here in tears over how horrible this man is being to me over his poor actions during my session with him as well as the conversations today.Below is the website information about Tru-Ink and Ruik.  Both of these website postings are all lies. Brought my daughter to get her tongue pierced, she was nervous but they talked to her an she was ok after that. Very good exsperiance there would deff recommend. Staff was great,very professional, nice place. Whole exsperiance was great. Read Less
