Awesome place don't listen to bitter people. Jeanine not only is a sweetheart she is the best around. Her place is fun, clean and very comfortable. Not to mention an amazing tattoo artist. My wife and I have used her for years and would follow her anywhere for our ink. She does color and black or what ever you want. Her line work is crazy and straight as hell! Thank you Jeanine!

Absolutely fabulous. Jeannine is amazing. From the tattooing to the overall vibe in her shop. I will go to her from now on. Makes me feel comfortable, and feel like I'm in the right spot for a great tattoo. She's honest and funny. It just makes it better. Go there and you'll have a great time!

My friends, fiancé and myself came in as a walk in. The fact that there were four of us, we weren't sure if she would even tattoo us all. Two of us getting same tattoo for best-friends . Needless to say she dealt with our asses, tattooed us all and gave us an amazing experience. The tattoos came out amazing. The tattoo shop also has a great greeter (a sweet playful dog) which makes you feel great from the start and the wise comments made me feel right at home. Jeannine is an amazing tattoo artist and she is someone you would 100% need to see to get a tattoo and enjoy the entertainment and experience.

Terrible experience. Would rate zero stars if I could! Went in for a consultation and was interrogated and borderline berated by the male partner (not sure of his name) for wanting a small tattoo on my upper arm rather than in a more "discreet" location. Although I had just turned 18 at the time, I went in with my mother and he began to tell us that I was "too young" and that I needed to "ask my father" before proceeding with the tattoo. Still happily accepted a $100 deposit from me though. According to him, I would be able to get my full deposit back if I changed my mind, as long as I notified them at least 24 hours prior to my appointment. However, later in the week, I decided that I no longer wanted to continue with the tattoo at this particular place, but when I called to cancel (over a week before my scheduled appointment), I was told that I could not get my full deposit back because the man had "not written my name down on the appointment book," even though I literally watched him write my name down right in front of me. He even asked for clarification on the spelling. All in all, Mystery Ink insulted me, took my money, and lost the business of myself and any of my friends or family who may consider getting a tattoo/piercing in the future.

I went in for a body piercing and the process was easy and friendly. The piercer took his time and was able to talk through all the questions I had going in. I would recommend them for piercings

Not only is Jeannie an amazing artist but she is a wonderful person as well. Jeannie is caring, compassionate, fun, funny, she will take the time to work with you to get it perfect. Jeannie offers spot on professional advice and guidance. She had done several pieces for me and I keep coming back for more! I highly recommend Jeannie and mystery ink!

Jeannine is wonderful. Not only is she an awesome artist, but she's a great friend. She has tattooed me for the last 10yrs or so.
When my mother passed away, she moved her own schedule around to give me a memorial tattoo to help me start to heal. She listened while I cried. I love this girl and highly recommend her to anyone and everyone I meet. :D

Awesome place don't listen to bitter people. Jeanine not only is a sweetheart she is the best around. Her place is fun, clean and very comfortable. Not to mention an amazing tattoo artist. My friends, fiancé and myself came in as a walk in. The fact that there were four of us, we weren't sure if she would even tattoo us all. Two of us getting same tattoo for best-friends . Terrible experience. Would rate zero stars if I could! Went in for a consultation and was interrogated and borderline berated by the male partner (not sure of his name) for wanting a small tattoo on my upper arm rather than in a more "discreet" location.
