Such a turnover from the previous shop that was here! It's clean and well put together and has the vibes of a true tattoo shop. Mason Giordani has been tattooing me for years and is an incredible talented artist and will always be my go to guy. Love this place! Each of the artists is super friendly and really great at what they do! They all have their own style so you are pretty much guaranteed to get what you are looking for! I live in Wallingford about an hour away from new London (almost 2 with last nights snow) but I would drive here again anytime. First of all Booze was so sweet! When I couldn't find the store (bc there's three on bank street) he was so helpful even walked outside to find me lol. Then I thought I had an appointment with mike but I had one with Adam. Mike was so nice to come out and talk to me and tell me that he thinks Adam was the better fit for me based on what I wanted. I r...eally appreciated that they took the time to consider the best fit for my needs. Now Adam.. is amazing. I got my ribs done about five maybe six years ago. They were supposed to be a tribute to my grandparents (who were both still here at the time). My grandfather was extremely proud of his polish heritage (like extremely lol) so the idea was to have one boxing glove white and one red to represent Poland in a more subtle way. After it was done he told me that white is too hard so he did them both red with white shading. I was so upset. I see people with Italian and Irish flags all the time. Also The rose was also supposed to be shaded yellow and pink not blocked out color yellow and pink. When it was done he had also added sea foam green shading. Needless to say I've been unhappy with my tattoo for a long time. I went in hoping for someone to fix my ribs and add some writing from my grandma and dates for my grandfather who had passed away. Adam took the time to really talk to me about what I wanted and how it would look and the effect it would have. ("We love you. Love Grammy and grandpa xoxo" may be a turn off to guys in the future ha). So we decided to add in my grandfathers initials on the gloves and xoxo in my grandmothers handwriting. It still incorporated special memorials to my grandparents without looking sad or unsexy. I am so happy with how Adam fixed my tattoo. Especially when I look at them side by side it's amazing. A super clean store and super cozy environment. I went to see Adam Hillyer  to get some touch ups done on my old tattoo that he had done for me 4 years ago . When I was 18 I got my whole right side done and Adam really helped me get thru the pain back then when I almost couldn't take it anymore. He is meticulous and does really great line work . I even ended up leaving with an unplanned finger tattoo because I couldn't get enough when the touch up was over ! Il definitely be coming back !! Read Less
