I was in for a wedding this last weekend and stayed saturday night in Milford, I was looking online to find a tattoo shop for a few of us to get small tattoos for our trip. None of us had been anywhere in New England and it was a big adventure. This shop popped up on yelp and I called went in and talked to Paul about our tattoos. The shop atmosphere, work, and employees were fantastic. None of them had a chip on their shoulder about being a tattoo artist and were completely professional and other than my normal go to guy, this is my favorite shop that I have ever found. A guy across the room was getting a FANTASTIC squid on his leg and the three of us got small matching ones and all of the work was exactly what you would want to see walking out of a shop.. 6 years ago i had NatalieOlivia added to my arm in a tribal band design.  Abigail arrived last summer and needed to add her name to my current tattoo while making the piece look like it was done all at one time.  Doug at Paradise took on the challenge.  My first of two three hour sessions took place on 4.10.12 and the result was amazing.  The next is on 5.31.12.  The staff are extremely talented and very busy.  I recommend you stop in with an idea and some flexibility with in your time frame. I got a great tattoo from them about two years ago - had to be a bit pushy to get an appointment that wasn't two months down the road, but that's ok.What isn't ok? I stopped in to see Vinn about a new tattoo, we talked about it and he said he'd send artwork for me to see via email within a week. 2 weeks - nothing. 3 weeks - nothing. I emailed him again, just making sure he didn't forget about me. No response. Waited a week or two and stopped by the shop - he wasn't there. I left my name, phone AND email. No response.While it wasn't a large piece, it was still going to be $400-$500. I wanted to stay local, but Vinn's lost my business. Customer service counts for something. Read Less

With two full sleeves, I'm like a walking advertisement! The guys there are great, and the talent is incredible. This is the worst place ever. They have terrible customer service. They treat you like they don't give a shit about you and make you wait forever for your appointment that you made months ago. I wish that I never even stepped foot into this horrible business. Not even the owner cares about how his employees treat a customer. This place is just unbelievable!
