None of what she has posted is true. The only unsanitary thing in the shop is her when she walks through the door. When you don't pay for services and blow off appointments that make people lose money all because they wouldn't give you the time of day, that's sad! First and foremost I’ll start by saying this “shop” doesn’t have proper state licensing to tattoo people. Artists that work here are sad to say drug addicts and thieves. While I won’t post a name publicly, an artist at this shop made off with quite a bit of money between myself and another customer that was supposed to go towards tattoo work without ever fulfilling the obligation. So in other words they stole our money. Employees here don’t have proper bloodbourne pathogens training. In addition to that this shop was supposed to be nothing more than a supply shop for tattoo artists. And everyone who knows anything about this industry knows the “unwritten” rule of not making tattoo supplies available to the general public for obvious reasons... like dirty needles. This shop is nothing but a hole in the wall. It has no restroom facility, it doesn’t have proper sanitary equipment that’s needed for tattooing, and most importantly.. it does not have licensed tattoo artists and everyone including the owner works under the table without paying taxes. If you like shops that have drama and limited success this is the shop for you. My best suggestion... keep walking and don’t look back. There’s a credible tattoo parlor down the road, and plenty of credible honest tattoo artists in CT. Do not get your money stolen, don’t get tattooed by someone who is using drugs in the back, and get tattooed by management that cares about your health risks when getting inked. Couldn't have been happier with my experience there! Just sat in while my boyfriend got his tattoo and I was so impressed I'll be back to visit shortly for more ink of my own! The place is clean and the artwork is fantastic but, honestly, what stands out above all the rest is how friendly and nice the artists are. Super amazing people! Highly recommend! Read Less
