A cut above most tattoo shops. The shop is clean and the artists are friendly and professional. They have procedures to maintain sterile instruments and to keep their clients safe from infection.I highly recommend Laura, an artist that works with a Fairfield Plastic Surgeon that does reconstruction after mastectomy.

Christian tattooed my cat Remy's name on me shortly after he passed away in May 2015. I LOVE the tattoo 2 1/2 years later, as I expected to. I remember Christian being so kind when I told him about Remy, and he shared that he and the other artists are animal lovers, too. I am considering getting another tattoo soon and I will definitely be returning to Lovecraft! (I had my first rib tattoo done by a different shop. Then my friend recommended Lovecraft to me.) Was just browsing their work again and I figured they deserved a review!!

I had a tattoo done at Lovecraft and while it was a well done tattoo their customer service is terrible. I have called to make follow up appointments several times only to never be called back, specifically by one of the owners Laura. I made my final call this week, was never called back, and will not be returning there. It's a shame because it is a cool place and they make beautiful art but if you have to pull teeth with a rude tattoo artist I'm not sure it's really worth it.

I loved it!! The atmosphere was amazing the tattoo artists are so friendly. My tattoo artist was Charlotte Epright. And she is just awesome and talented. Since it was my first tattoo she tested the needle on my skin first to see how I felt. She made sure I was comfortable and fine. We talked every now and then. But she got quiet, that's how I knew she was focused on the tattoo. I would definitely go back...the only downfall is the price. For me they charged me $100 per hour. I don't know if there are deals for how big the tattoo is or not..but yeah that was the only conflict.

This place right here get a five star in every way for my work that I have done I am very pleased over the years they're very attentive very sweet very friendly very accommodating great pricing great artists sometimes they're so busy with certain artists are booked in advance but there's always someone that could take you sooner than others I recommend this to anyone who's getting your first tattoo who is doing a cover up anything you should go to this shop called Lovecraft. The name fits perfectly.
