My sister actually brought us to Scallywags about a month ago... We wanted to get tattoos in honor of my Grandmother, who we had just lost. They made us feel completely welcome and listened to us ramble on about stories that led to the tattoos we wanted. Bill is great and can tell a few good stories himself and has even entertained my nephew by putting a few stencils on him because "Michael wanted a tattoo" too cute!! Boston listened to the ideas we had for 4 different yet similar tattoos that we all wanted and came up with stencils to fit exactly what we each were looking for.. And then Steve brought those visions to life..I'm sure he doesn't want to see another pansy flower anytime soon.. It was one of those odd but wonderful family bonding moments, and I can't thank these guys enough for getting it done for us... We've been back a few times since.. the latest being for my "simple" Temple '][' that Guy did for us yesterday.. He added some shading that made it pop and I love it! It's funny how you can walk into a place not knowing anyone and leave feeling like you have extended members of your family. Down-to-earth yet professional and willing to work with you to get done whatever it is you may be looking for. I highly recommend stopping in to see these guys for your next tattoo... My husband and I went to this shop for the first time last night. Not in the most out in the open place to just stumble upon so of course it was that we had followed a fabulous artist from a previous shop. GUY is by far one of the all around best artists and people I've had the pleasure of meeting in my lifetime. His work speaks for itself and anyone who actually cares what they put on their body should follow him to Scallywags. Now, with that not to say that my overall experience wasn't the best cause that would be a complete lie. The owner Bill is well......... honestly i sit here searching for the best "word" to describe him and I can't. He is hilarious, personable, and just a great guy and business man. His shop has a definite level of professionalism that he should feel very good about. VERY VERY VERY CLEAN. Also cannot forget a shout out to Boston, he is for sure a good time! He whipped up a great stencil for my 3 year old so he could fit in with mommy and daddy that will be promptly going on his arm when he returns home from daycare today! Cannot say it enough, if you know GUY then you've already realized you must follow him here and if you haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet then get your butt down to Scallywags and get the best tattoo you'll ever get and you'll be sure to go back for many more!!!!Read Less
