Matthew did my first tattoo for me here about 2 years ago and was wonderful. He did an amazing job and was very comforting as it was a nerve wracking experience for me - no one mocked me or made fun of me for being nervous about my first time under the needle. He let me put on music and overall made the experience great for me. I asked him why this place gets such a bad rap and he said that things changed about 3 years ago with employee turnover. I had a great experience and would recommend him to anyone. I had no problems at all with my tattoo and the shop was clean and equipment sterilized.

A very pleasant experience. I was greeted warmly, the procedure was explained, I felt at ease, and the piercing was painless (yes painless) Overall my bellybutton and I are very happy customers.

I went to go get my tragus pierced here with my sister and the service was absolutely terrible. The employees were more concerned with what was going on their computer then helping us out. They were rude and didn't care about us as customers. I would advise other people wishing to get a piercing or tattoo to go somewhere else. This place isn't worth it.

He did an amazing job and was very comforting as it was a nerve wracking experience for me - no one mocked me or made fun of me for being nervous about my first time under the needle.
