i  would rate this business a zero but there aren't any. i had the worst experience with this tattoo art club. the girl that treated me was very nice, but the tattoo didn't take at all. the owner speaks broken english and he "said" he explained this all to me at the beginning which he didn't.  all he showed me was his head, which looked like there were little follicles of hair growing through. i went to go for the second visit and then that was when the trouble started.  i already paid for the tattoo which did not take, for a bald spot on my head.  i didn't want his type of tattoo.  i wanted a brown tattoo on this bald spot.  he kept insisting that i pay them more - after this tattoo didn't even take and i had paid for it.  then i spoke to another girl receptionist who asked him if they would just give me the tattoo i requested and she came back to me and said "i'm sorry, but we don't do those types of tattoos. what?  a tattoo parlor cannot do a basic tattoo? she went on to say, after i requested my money back, that jess had spent time on me and therefore no refund was possible!  she spent a little time, but nothing happened!  so i'm out all this  money and no tattoo.  i hate this club.  i highly do not recomment it.
