I recently got a tattoo done by tat_tito whom at first was very professional and helpful when I first got the tattoo. He then informed me that after a couple of days of having the tattoo if there were any issues with the color needing to be darkened he would fix it with no problem. Shortly after the tattoo healed the color had lightened up tremendously in which I contacted him to darken the tattoo. Needless to say he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and did not return any of my phone calls or texts. EVERYONE ELSE there is very professional and great artist but I recommend you do not go to tat_tito! I had a horrible experience at forever custom tattoos with tattoo artist " AD" horrible cover up tattoo. For someone that says they could do the job I expect it to be done. You could see my whole old tattoo through the cover up. Not just a little, the whole thing. It's so bad that I'm getting it laser off because I can't have this on my body forever. Not only did Scott come in when he wasn't even scheduled, he took the time to go above and beyond what I originally had in mind. I absolutely love my new tattoo. Out of all the tattoo experiences I've had so far, today was by far the best. The staff was friendly and made me laugh all throughout the time I was there. Although the owner could use a lesson on what it means to be professional and courteous to someone who is getting something permanently done to their skin, the most heinous part of this experience was dealing with artist "Tito". I'm really surprised that this place hasn't gotten more reviews. It does really well through word-of-mouth. I came here because I used to work in the area. I booked an appointment, showed Thelmo what I wanted, and he perfected it. It was a simple tattoo, and it only took Thelmo 20 minutes to finish.
