I love this place!!! Very open and clean inside. I have gotten two piercings from this place. They are very quick and great at it. They have great prices for the piercings. The staff is amazing. They greet you when you walk in and offer to help with any questions. The staff are very sweet and caring. The staff is also comforts you. Moreover the staff cares about your best interest. New Elements Tattoo and piercings DON'T try to force you into to buying anything you don't want. I highly recommend this place it is fantastic!!

I went in to get retainers for my daiths and they don't sell retainers (yeah, they don't have retainers at at piercing shop). The man said one of my daiths has closed but he lied! I was able to get a retainer in it myself!I give two stars because they didn't charge anything.

Felt super rushed my industrial is way to high u cant see it. A few weeks back my boyfriend got his labrint pierced and it was crooked. Piercer isnt to friendly, really rushed. Just go to PDub and pay a little more for quality work. NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE for piercing.

My boyfriend and I both got tattoos here today, and our tattoo artist Mariah was awesome! She’s super funny and very good customer service. She made sure we both looked at our tattoos for placement and spelling, and her line work is great! Would highly recommend getting a tattoo done by her! She even touched up my boyfriend’s tattoo today that she did a few months ago.

I have had work done here on a very difficult spot and all 3 times turned out good. Very professional attitude and knowledge reguarding applying ink to your skin and after care. A big part of being a quality tattoo artist is knowing when a customer should stop for that session. Are they bleeding to much? Is there scar tissue that is difficult to take ink? If an artist feels that you should stop for that session it is an indicator of somebody who cares and professionalism. Some artists will drill that ink in no matter what. It is ok to stop and come back. The artist who did my tattoo was definitely a qualified professional.

I have had one tattoo done here and 3 piercings, one of which rejected due to not being pierced correctly. My septum piercing healed nicely. And my tattoo was done nicely, though it did fade on one of the letters. However, I am aware that I could have went back and had it touched up. I’m giving it 3 starts because the male piercer gave my friend a belly button piercing and it got infected and my piercing done by the same person, rejected.

Absolutely would not recomend New Element. I had both daith piercings done and both came out crooked and everything felt super rushed. However if you are looking for a great tattoo and piercing shop I'd highly recommend P-Dub piercing & Tattoo.

Exceptional!! I had two artists work on my (large) tattoo and both were bad. New Element was beyond my expectations and have made me proud to show it off! Can't wait to get more ink there.

I have had work done here on a very difficult spot and all 3 times turned out good. Very professional attitude and knowledge reguarding applying ink to your skin and after care. A big part of being a quality tattoo artist is knowing when a customer should stop for that session. Are they bleeding to much? Is there scar tissue that is difficult to take ink?
