I am very impressed with Sabrina! She made my first tattoo experience a great one. I got a little queasy a couple of times, but she stopped until I felt better. If you're coming to get a piercing I would definitely recommend calling before to make sure he is in the shop or available but besides that I highly recommend the shop for both tattoos and piercings. For anyone curious piercings are $20. Some people think that's ridiculous considering you can get them for $10 at new element, BUT remember You get what you pay for. Read Less

My daughter got her nose pierced at New Element in December. Today she tried to get a new nose ring in the piercing, but the ring would not go through all of the way and her piercing started to swell and bleed. We contacted Mike at P-Dub since New Element was closed today. I barely got out "My daughter's nose ring is stuck..." before Mike said, "Come on in, I'll take care of it." and that is exactly what he did. We found out that surgical steel is not the best choice for a nose piercing, as it takes much longer to heal, and that if she had waited until tomorrow, her piercing probably would have closed. Within a minute, he had the stuck nose ring out, a new titanium ring in, and some sea salt in hand for healing. The H2O stuff we were told to buy is NOT good for healing. He only charged us for the new ring and told us to come back in three weeks, so he could change it for her. We will be back! Thank you so much for your help today, Mike.
