This is a text I sent to him, it's self explanatory as to why I gave him 1 star. He never responded to me. Johny, after my tattoo removal on Monday, your machine did a good job in removing 90%of the ink and I feel like I only need one more treatment. I understand that you recommend more treatments and you sold me a certain package, but as the paying customer I don't feel like I would need a third or fourth treatment therefore, I'm asking you again to please refund my money for the last two treatments that I wouldn't need. When using Groupon, my co-workers and I always ask the seller if they preffer us to pay them the cash so that they don't lose it to Groupon, as I was doing the same with you. Your site also says "guarantee best price," and "competitive pricing" but, I have found other Groupon's for 99.00 for 3 treatments, though I know you said you have the best machine i believe that, because it did 90-95% of the job in one treatment, so I won't need additional ones. I appreciate the free hair removal session you offered me via the phone, but I don't need that service at the moment. You also said that my tatto was a 4sq in size, but when I measured mine it's a 1x1Sq in (and not filled in w ink, I also have pics w measurements). Your website describes a 4x4 as the size of your palm, which mine is not. At this point even though I do need another treatment I would not like to come back for a second treatment eather. I've never heard of anyone not giving refunds back for future services not received, this is my first experience with this response. I work as a nurse so my experience w patients is different than sales please help me out with this, if not, can I please talk with your manager? I did also asked you if I can do payments and u said you didn't do that, but the website offers financing. I'm pretty sure it's the same website as it matches your number. Please help. Thanks. If you use this business you better be sure you want to follow through with all of your sessions. I had to relocate from Denver and discontinue my sessions asked over two weeks ago for refund for sessions i purchased but did not do yet. They give you the run around, dont answer emails or phone calls. The laser they use isnt even the latest technology. Read Less
