Because of the very personal nature of the tat, (a memorial to a lost infant son), I had high expectations, and was concerned if they were realistic. A friend recommended me to this shop, specifically to Aaron. Although I am not well educated on tattoos by any means, I have thought about the design I want for years. I had a close friend draw a 'rough draft' of sorts to show him the general idea of what I was looking for. Aaron proceeded to insult the concept of the tattoo and offer suggestions in a very rude manner.  He was clearly frustrated and treated me with disrespect. Came in for a piercing, only to find a person with NO customer service skills and ‘he’ was literally rude towards me for no reason. I walked Happy in, and shortly after, walked unhappy out. Not only did they lose a customer for a piercing, but I was also going to add some more tattoos to my sleeve. Well I will find someone else to do it. Thanks. Edit: haha i don’t know what the reply is all about, because I already have piercings, just needed to ‘buy’ one stupid ‘PIERCING’ to replace a old one with. I’m guessing there was another customer with a bad experience, because your scenario is not what happened in my case. Oh and btw. You don’t know anything about my sleeve, I did my previous tattoos out of state and I have a great relationship with the artist who had tattooed all my tattoos, so tell me again about what you know or don’t know. Your comment is proof of the poor customer service your shop is experiencing. Now I definitely don’t recommend anyone to see your business. If you would actually go through the reviews and READ them, you would notice the same things being complaint about. If you need help with management and customer service, let me know, because I can give you information on how to take care of things and how to make situations better as well as learning from them. Called based on a personal recommendation. Person who answered the phone was calloused and didn't listen.  Claimed they don't take reservations for piercings because it doesn't take that long to put a needle through somebody. Was just trying to build a memory for someone turning 18. Worst experience on the phone, can't imagine how she would have been treated in person. Blech. Read Less

So I haven't gotten a piercing here yet because every time I go, I am turned down. Now.... here is why that is a great thing. The first time my friend and I went, I wanted my belly button pierced and she wanted a tongue piercing. The piercer refused to give my friend a tongue piercing because basically she couldn't give a tongue piercing with a clear conscience since she knows the damage they do to your teeth. That was great and fine so we left and went elsewhere, where they messed up my belly button pretty badly and she got a smiley piercing instead. I went back the other day to this shop to get my belly button RE-pierced and she asked to see it. Upon seeing the scarring, she immediately gave me some great suggestions on how to quickly and safely heal up some of that scar tissue and gave me suggestions on metals that may be suitable for me. She also said she would be more than happy for me to contact her about a month prior to getting my belly button pierced because she would be willing to special order surgical implant grade titanium rings for me. So once again, I was turned down but for a great reason. My health is more important than a new piercing and she is one of the only piercers that I have met, that have that same understanding and will say no to piercing you, for your own health and benefit. Went here as soon as I turned 18, because it was close to home and I was uneducated. I should've done more research. I got my belly button pierced, and didn't wait long, and the piercer was nice. But my belly button ring actually looks crooked, and I was charged $80. And me being a child, and this being my first piercing other than my ears, I thought that was a reasonable price. I went here to get my first piercing ever, my nose piercing! I was super nervous and Emily was fantastic. She not only calmed me down, but also my very anxious mother! I was very pleased with my experience and my new body art. Not only that, but a few months ago my nose got a pesky bump on it I could not get rid of so I called Emily and she gave me very detailed instructions on how to get rid of it. Fritz is amazing. Not only is he a really genuine guy, but his artwork is amazing. I went from a simple heart tattoo on my wrist that took all of 5 minutes to getting a huge side piece that took 4.5 hours. He was patient and extremely professional. I worked with Jesse for a tattoo.My mind is blown by how cool his design is!!When he said we could combine two elements, a barcode/numeral setup and a logo design, I did not imagine how fabulous it could turn out. He took his time and made the design when I got there for the 1pm appointment. Probably 30 minutes is all it took him to come up with it. Putting the ink took an hour. So this ended up costing less than I was targeting. Tip your artists, people! They deserve it! 5 stars isn't enough. Read Less
