Today, I was shopping for a gift. After reviewing your website, I found an item for $39.95. This isn't a sale item, that's the regular price. I come into this location, locate said item...but what's this? $55? Well, that's not right. So as I bring it to the attention of the employee helping me, he says "That was for Black Friday." Which I try to explain that it's advertised for that amount, and not part of the sale, besides..small business Saturday, right? He offers me 15% discount. I decline, because turns out I can buy it from your website and have it shipped across the street for less then that discount....sad. So that being the case, I figured I'd look on a competitors site for a similar product before I give your business my money. Yeah, so my advise and opinion is don't waste your time at this location. This is like the 4th time I've been in, and the staff isn't very helpful or willing to at bare minimum keep pricing consistent. Maybe each store sets it's own prices, but I figure for certain items (like the one I was trying to purchase) that I can go into any one of your stores and get it for the price advertised on your website. Apparently not, and the "Do whatever ya want, man. See ya!" After suggesting I would just buy it from their website...real professional. If you need papers, I guess they are fine. Read Less

They sell low quality products for expensive prices. You shouldn't have a no refund/no exchange policy if your products suck in the first place. Save your money and the hassle and go somewhere else!! Was upsold a 40$ thermal banger or whatever the hell it was called, and then the employees proceeded to not wrap it up for me. As you can guess it broke before i got home. Went back to get a normal quarts banger and was then sold a glass banger, wrapped in two plastic bags. I returned it and left. I will never be doing business with this store again. The employees should work on working. And not trying so hard at being stoners and looking cool all day long. I personally hope this store closes down after my awesome experience. Pot has been legal for over almost a decade in this state. Being a stoner is not cool anymore. Someone who takes pride in what they do and do it right, is cool! By far the saddest/worst "headshop" I've walked into, ever. It's sad they even try to consider them selves a "head" shop. I love Freakys!! Always have. Been going to Freakys for about 15 years now.. The one and ONLY reason I will not give 5 stars is, last summer I went to the Lakewood location for an eyebrow piercing. The artist was very nice and the prices are great! The piercing sucks. It's too low to the point that the upper ball is in my eyebrow.... That's my only issue. Would love to get it redone but don't really prefer to pay for a new one that could be just as poorly placed. Thanks Read Less

Sad to read such awful reviews- I like this freakys the best. The staff has always been friendly, easy to talk to and very helpful. When their computers where down they were very apologetic that they could only take cash. I haven't interacted with any of the tattoo artist or piercing people but all other staff has been nothing but kind. The pricing for seesh and coals is the cheapest I have seen in town but their hookahs are pretty expensive but could easily be worth the price. Give this place a try! Read Less

Horrible absolutely horrible. I can't even explain how awful this place is,its dirty the piercer is a total asshole pierced my tongue crooked and was so rude I had to take it out right away they made me pay right up front it was the biggest joke ive ever seen the whole staff is rude.
