Don't get me wrong, I love the artist and they all do amazing work! However, not to be rude and crude but I want an experience where the piercer's baby isnt screaming. I understand kids will be kids but, don't bring your baby to work with you. I come for ink therapy...not screaming baby while getting my ink therapy. I feel it is not appropriate at all for the shop. When I walked in, they stared at me and asked if they could help me with something, so I said I wanted to get a piercing (it felt really uncomfortable and unwelcoming from the start, maybe because i literally look like I’m 12 but still I work in customer service and you shouldn’t treat customers like that) i filled out the paper work and then went back and right before I got my piercing (conch) the girl yawned and said she was so tired. For future reference, don’t say that to someone you’re about to put a needle in lol. Naturally, i jerked because it hurt and she told me it was weird that I jerked which isn’t a big deal just the way she said it was rude. And when i payed she stated it was cash only so i pulled out a $20 and she asked the other people there if they have a 5 to give me my change. If you’re a cash only business you should definitely carry at least $5 in change and I’m pretty sure she only said that so I would tell her to just keep it. Also I wanted a little hoop (I realized after that at first you can’t have a little hoop because of swelling) but she put in this HUGE hoop that made me look like a pirate, I swear. When I asked if there was any other earring she could use she said no. I went somewhere to get it fixed the next day. It was overall a bad experience, my ear is horribly bruised, and $15 is a great price but it’s not worth it. I would not recommend going here. Read Less

Jake is the 6th person to tattoo me in my life and he will be the only person to ever touch me with a tattoo gun ever again! (I have plans for at least 7 more)He has a way of putting on a great piece of art without grinding into you. I got a tattoo on Friday that goes down my sternum and curves along a floating rib. It's now Sunday and I'm not feeling any pain and there is no puffiness. I know healing is different for everyone but application goes a long way. (My first 3 tattoos were 12- 18 &20 years ago and I still remember the pain and it lasted for a couple weeks, so my conclusion is that a great artist makes the difference).Everyone that works there is friendly and knowledgeable.  It's a very clean and welcoming studio.I finally found an artist worthy of me trying to talk my sister into getting some ink. So we were in on the 24th Christmas Eve. We had a an amazing experience. Kerrin the piercer was knowledgeable and very light handed. There were three of us we all got a different piercing. I had a dermal removed yesterday and the artist was amazing. She squeezed me in as a walk-in which was very convenient. I wish now I would have remembered to take down her name so I could give her credit directly, but she was very friendly and informative about what she was doing, and it didn't hurt a bit! The shop was clean and inviting, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was made to feel at home. A couple of my friends and I went in for nose and ear piercings today, and we are so happy with the service we got! Matt was our piercer and he was very calm and professional, and did an excellent job. I admit I was a bit skeptical to get piercings done for only $15 when previously I had paid $80 for a single helix piercing at a place back in Seattle, but the service was even better than I had received back there. I got a little light-headed afterwords, and they went over to the sub sandwich shop next door and bought us all cookies! That was definitely going above and beyond. For sure going to come back soon! As a woman, I have been to several other tattoo shops and have been treated condescendingly. I did NOT experience that here, very pleasant welcoming environment, was greeted right away, the artists I have been tattooed by were extremely patient, knowledgeable and were not judge mental. They took the time to explain pros and cons of certain designs or placements, and had patience while I chose a particular font for one of my tattoos. I've had 5 tattoos done by multiple artists as well as several piercings done at Tobi's, And I will continue to go back to such an amazing shop. Definitely worth the drive from Cheyenne! Read Less

Wow....I had no idea where to go and Im picky about where to get a tattoo..I walked in (no appointment) and there's this guy who says he would do my tattoo no problem..I was kinda skepticle cause Im an artist myself and I spent a long time designing the lettering for my custome tattoo graffiti line tat spells put TERDLE, my nickname) Jackson of Sober Souls (Tobi's Tattoos) was amazing and did a SOLID job in line work..he is my new go-to guy! First off, this review is about my wife's tattoo and my overall opinion and experience with Drew at Tobi's Tattoo:DREW: We have been looking for someone to tattoo her right shoulder and arm, but had to work around a prior piece that was very heavy handed (outline & shading) and dull (color), and had ideas but wanted an artists' opinion and viewpoint. Everyone else, at other shops, said they could add tattoos to the piece and bring it into a quarter sleeve, but only Drew had detailed ideas about how he was wanting to touch up the prior tattoo to help it flow and coalesce, and how he was going to work with progressions to make everything flow without making the entire tattoo needing to be heavy. He outlined the new tattoo and touched up some lines on the old one and was very attentive. We go back for shading and coloring and will update and include pictures then, but as of now- the tattoo looks amazing and he did a great job. We can't wait for it to be finished, Drew is very professional and passionate about his job and art and I highly recommend him.TOBI'S: Walking into the shop, right away, the vibe was great! Everyone gets along well and professional. Some other shops we've gone to are full of tattoo artists and piercers talking horribly about each other when the other isn't around, this doesn't make for a professional vibe, but Tobi's is different; you'll hear joking around and teasing but not slander and bad mouthing of each other or of other shops.
