This place is terrible. Look at what kind of work they do. Instead of fixing mistakes they ruined my skin and scarred it, they ask for more money to fix errors they created and they butcher you afterwards. You have been warned!! I have put up pictures of their horrible work and it has been taken down by google or they somehow took it down. You are truly better of elsewhere where they do things right. Read Less

Deigo and crew are by far the most down to earth and all around coolest people i’ve met in the tattoo industry. This was my 1st tattoo. Was referred here by a coworker and my experience has been excellent so far! Mike really took the time to make sure my tattoo looked the best it could in terms of placement and design. Very pleased with the results of his dedication to an excellent tattoo and experience! And my other coworker has told me that Diego is also an amazing artist (and her tattoos look great). My tattoo artist cancelled on me, but not until I emailed HIM confirming our appt that was supposed to happen in a couple of hours. He then said he had decided not to go into work that day, not sure if I would've even been notified if I didn't reach out. Originally i had wandered into La Familia unintentionally, but I'm stoked that I did. Just finished my thigh piece tonight. It looks dope. We had a few setbacks as we had to wait an extra week for my 2nd session for healing purposes and he revised the tattoo for placement one time. But I know that's just cause he cares about how the tattoo turns out. Nice dude, good prices, good artwork, chill atmosphere. I don't know why anyone would say that they're not clean, I watched their sanitary practices and they were top notch. I couldn't be more pleased with the process and my tenth tattoo. Read Less

The lines aren't straight, crisp or consistent, and three weeks later even with by-the-book after care it's still shiny and upraised. The tattoo has sentimental value and the size and placement are right, but other than that I'm not especially thrilled and will probably seen someone else to see if it can be corrected somehow. Walked in with a simple text design and I love the shops atmosphere. Great couple of guys, friendly, and I had a nice relaxing sit in the chair. Thanks for taking the time to tattoo my arm. I came in for a visit from Omaha, Nebraska and wanted to get this tattoo that I have always wanted done. I was nervous though because I didn't know any of the shops nor their reputations. I asked around and La Familia was recommended to me twice by strangers. I called and they were able to fit me in the same day. When I went in my tattoo artist, Diego, was very welcoming and accommodating. He looked at my idea, sketched it out and was very easy to work with. He had suggestions for me and it was obvious that he wanted it to look good and last. I had five words tattooed on my foot, in the handwriting of my family. It looks like they took a pen and write on my foot - It's flawless. He also added some lines so it flowed and matched my current tattoo. I couldn't be happier with it! The tattoo went very fast, it looks incredible, and he answered all my questions. I highly recommend this tattoo shop, and specifically Diego! Read Less

I love my tattoo I got here. Diego drew up 2 sketches and I picked one and it was awesome. He was fast and talked to me when he wasn't concentrating .
