My fiance and I got matching tattoos done by Panterra. The detail work and color on the pieces were intricate and very intense. Each took 5 and a half hours to complete. Pretty crappy place. Got a tattoo here. Was on my ankle and the guy just wanted to get it done instead of taking his time he just hurried through it. Got an awareness ribbon and name for my cousin and the name and dates are not even to the ribbon. Looks horrible and now I can't afford to get it fixed. Read Less

Went with my girlfriend and friend to get piercings on December of 2016 and the dude who pierced her tragus got on his phone because it started ringing and was talking with someone while doing the piercing and my friend's nose piercing was pierced to low. Just very unprofessional and now my girlfriend has a keloid scar and I'm not sure if it was the employees fault but she's been strictly following instructions to take care and clean it. I had been going to the original 5280 ink since I was 15! For tattoos and piercings. Never stepped foot unto 5280 ink I I until last week to buy some supplies and decided to get a piercing. The piercer was professional. Wonderful with answering all the questions I had about the one I was recieving. Very quick and efficient. The piercing was done correctly and in a timely matter. So, this place is the best! I'm stretching my ears for gauges and Jona has done it both times! He was super cool and made sure that I knew how to properly keep my ears clean so they didn't get infected or anything. He also made sure to tell me how quickly to size up to make sure I didn't rip my ears. For any piercing I would 1000% recommend coming here to get it done by him! Love 5280 Ink II. Jona is in the stretching process on my daughters ears for gauges and he is amazing! He explains what to expect before he does the next size up and what to expect on our next visit. I have been here many times and have never had a bad experience with this current owner and staff! Most recently got my nipples pierced and was so nervous, the guy who did them was amazing! I got my industrial here and wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. My piercer was really nice and really made me feel less scared. He made it as quick and painless as possible. The price is reasonable too, $35 solid for my industrial and that included basic jewellery. 10/10 recommend you get your piercings here. Read Less

They wanted to do 50$ for a semicolon in one color on the wrist for mental health awareness.We were told we couldnt come in during working hours and we must come in before they open or after they close to be seen because we had service dogs.They said it was agasint the law for us to come in during the day and that we need to come before or after so they wouldn't loose there license to practice tattoos.We have since found a different tattoo place that allow service dogs in the work area so I don't understand what the big deal is. What an incredible shop! Everyone was very nice! Very clean inside. My fiance had an appointment to get a tattoo with Pantera and I decided to tag along. I NEVER thought in a million years that I would ever get a tattoo. ...too scared.....I hate pain.Pleasant surprise. After striking up a conversation with Rosa I felt like I CAN DO THIS! She asked me a few questions and answered all of mine. So I showed her a design I wanted and she helped me with placement of the tattoo.  We decided on the back of my neck. The tattoo experience was not painful at ALL! She was awesome and the tattoo is gorgeous! After the great experience with Rosa I sat in with my fiance while Pantera worked on his tattoo. For the next few hours I talked with Pantera about my experience and about how to care for my new tattoo.  I felt as if I was chatting with an old friend. This tattoo shop deserves 10 stars!! I definitely plan on returning. I'm going to send Rosa a design this weekend for my ankle. If you go and you have any concerns at all....please rest assured you are in great hands with everyone. All the other artists were also friendly and Doree' at the front desk was super attentive making sure I was comfortable. I came here after visiting a shop downtown who wanted over $100 to pierce my belly button and over $100 for my friends septum. I live close by and remember it being a tattoo shop and the sign said $20. We pulled up and it's now a vape shop but the same owners still do piercings. I have had my belly button pierced before but it never healed correctly. The first shop examined it for a while and discussed whether or not they could do it. I went there originally because of the reviews but I was misled. I showed the man at this shop and without second thought he said yes no problem. My friend went first. Septum done no problem and it was affordable. I went and it was actually 100x better then the first time. I cried for days after my belly button was pierced the first time.
