From the minute I walked through the door I was treated so nicely it felt like seeing an old friend. The artist did exactly what I wanted and even more. I cried when I got home at just how wonderful it was. My tattoo is in honor or my late grandma and my vision was captured beautifully. On top of that they made my entire experience personal. Great conversation, great laughs and good times. Don't see myself going anywhere else in the future!

Went to get a memorial tattoo with a group of my friends to commemorate the loss of a dear friend. Jim and Allen were so incredibly helpful and friendly! They got us in on a Sunday and made it a very great experience and a great way to honor our friend. The shop is clean and lively, with plenty of seating, TVs to watch while you are getting tattooed and they even had waters while you are getting tattooed! I would recommend this shop to anybody, there is a reason why they have been at this location for 12 years! Thank you so much White Eagle!!

Overall not impressed, went in for my girlfriends tatto consultation. Felt consultation was lacking and got a feeling of don't care if ya stay or go. There was No attempt to research or discuss the font she wanted, just asked if we knew the name and if not won't be able to use it.
We left as the customer service was non existent. Ended up shopping around abd found someone who took the time to discuss in detail asked lot's of questions about the tatto, about her lifestyle and personality, the person who was being memorialized, and so much more. Then they discussed artistic style, font choice, placement etc.
Should have worked the customer service more, might have had another couple customers.

I asked where my artist apprenticed and he said , "people don't do that anymore". The shop was dirty and the artists were hitting on the clientele. I did not feel respected and the music sounded racis...

From the minute I walked through the door I was treated so nicely it felt like seeing an old friend. The artist did exactly what I wanted and even more. I cried when I got home at just how wonderful it was. My tattoo is in honor or my late grandma and my vision was captured beautifully. On top of that they made my entire experience personal. They got us in on a Sunday and made it a very great experience and a great way to honor our friend.
