They were not busy, but acted like I did not have enough tats to even walk in their doors let alone try to get one to do a cover-up. This place is awesome! Great atmosphere and staff. The shop's interior is beautifully lit with natural light from the large windows at the front of the shop. Very comfortable and welcoming. After a small scheduling mishap, they were very accommodating and got me in ASAP. I contacted the shop after seeing Jayce's work and he produced exactly what I was looking for. Being that it was my first tattoo, I was a little nervous, but Jayce did a great job talking to me and checking to see where my pain level was at periodically. Don't expect to get a call back if you're on the waitlist unless you meet their standards. My wife really wanted a tattoo from Niles after seeing his work online and so after explaining to them what she wanted we (reluctantly) put her on a 6 month waiting list. 6 months rolls around, so we call to check on the waitlist and they ask what she wanted to get done in an email, which I thought was strange. My wife wants a circle with a cabin and some trees, right up Nile's alley. S...he's flexible on the detail level and understands that only so much can be done on the forearm. Anyway, after explaining for the second time what she wants, we wait a few weeks with no response. We call and they say they'll get back to us in a few days. This goes on for weeks until we finally give up trying. I guess my wife's tattoo idea wasn't instagram worthy enough for Niles.
