Excellent tattoo shop. It’s very clean inside, the artists and shop help are all very friendly and welcoming. I think they do a great job with their online presence as well. Plenty of different styles of artists in here, and it’s best to make an appointment with an artist to get a tattoo. I’m getting a sleeve done from Scott Santee and he’s been really helpful, good to chat with, and an overall nice guy to get to know. Like I said though, all the artists I’ve met are good dudes. Hands down the best shop in town. In an upstairs loft in rhino this place just feels professional. Great artists that usually have a new face with some skills stopping in from time to time. Appointment only for these guys do find someone on Instagram you like and sign up. I've had three pieces done by two artists here and about to get my fourth. This is a great shop. I always feel welcomed when I come in no matter who's working the desk or tattooing which is important to me, seeing as you're a little vulnerable when you're half naked being tattooed. Destroy Troy - Extremely unprofessional.Scheduled an appt with Troy in June per a referral from an artist in San Diego who did amazing work. During the meeting we talked about what I was thinking, and I left two pics with him, my $100 deposit, and he took a photo of my arm where I wanted the tattoo.His assistant scheduled an appointment in August. She then emailed me to move my appointment a week later. Closer to the date she emailed me again and asked if I was willing to split my appointment with another customer, making my one sitting two different dates - likely another two months out. As an active duty military member, my schedule is busy an. unpredictable - but I agreed to the date move and split appointment.I came for my appointment today, and Troy showed me a drawing of what looked like took about three minutes, something rudimentary with no artistic input. I asked for some shading and for it to be more like the two pics i provided him in June. He then said that he didn't want to do the tattoo. I asked why he wasn't forthcoming with his feelings two months ago. At this point I've wasted two months waiting.... He said that he couldn't predict the future. Unprofessional, disorganized, no artistic abilities. Avoid this tattoo "artist." Read Less
