I received my first dozen tattoo removal treatments here with great results. Unfortunately I had to move out of state before my tattoos were completely removed and picked up at a different facility here in California. At first glance the new place seemed ok. It looked like a more formal doctors office. But after 1 treatment I could tell right away from my experience at Tattoo Must Go that this new place just wasn't right. At Tattoo Must Go, it's a nice clean office. The technician is very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate. I never got the feeling like I was being sold a bill of goods, manipulated or lied to. I got instant/progressing results that i could see. Each time I had a treatment there was tolerable moderate pain, some popping sounds, and afterwards the area treated would have a bit of "frosting". At this new place, the lobby was very sleek and all the technicians were like stepford wives in scrubs... but in the rooms it looked like they were in the middle of moving....for the last 6 months. Equipment, medical supplies and towels EVERYWHERE. The instruments were taped up with duct tape. They hardly used the cooling air at all, and when they turned on the laser I didn't even feel it. I asked why and she said it's a smaller laser so less pain. No popping sounds. ..no frosting...and after 2 months. ..shocker...not a shade lighter. I paid for 3 treatments and went back for a second and had a different technician and told her about my first experience. She admitted that they crank down the lasers because so many people complain of pain. With clear frustration I told her I have a high pain tolerance and I'm not looking to come back and pay 4x what is necessary so please turn it up to an appropriate level. I felt it a little bit but still barely and still no blisters or frosting and no results. For the 3rd treatment I told them I thought they were crooks and I wouldn't be coming back. I get it. The longer it takes the more money they make. But after the, what I believe to be, excellent care I received at Tattoo Must Go, I found this to be outrageous. Shame on me for even going through with the first one bur it's damn expensive and non refundable. Thanks Tattoo Must Go for your ethics and great service! I wish I could have continued on with you in Denver!

Been going to Christie for 2 years now, and I believe I have only one one session left. It took a while to start seeing results, but the ink finally started breaking up and my tattoo is so faded its practically gone and no one can read it. I don't blame that on Christie; I blame it on the ink that may have been used or how deep the dipshit tattoo artist went considering he left me with scar tissue. Christie always makes sure you're comfortable, and ready and is very considerate of the pain. She will talk to you to try and distract you from the burn. I will now be able to have a strapless wedding dress someday, be comfortable with my body, and having this tattoo removed. Very thankful for Tattoo must go and Christie for removing my tattoo! :)

I wasn't sure how the removal process was going to be. I kept hearing horror stories about how it is so much worse than the initial ink was. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the practice and the confidence of the staff. They are super friendly and know exactly what they are doing, making the whole process more enjoyable. Though I don't think you can really enjoy getting zapped by a laser... tattoo must go exceeded all expectations.

If you are looking to remove a tattoo, Tattoo Must Go is the place to go. The place is clean and easy to get to from anywhere in town. Christie is awesome! She took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of my questions. I was in and out of my appointment in less than 25 minutes. I can already see how much lighter my tattoo is after only one session. Looking forward to future sessions and getting rid of this mistake tattoo.

If you are looking to remove a tattoo, Tattoo Must Go is the place to go. The place is clean and easy to get to from anywhere in town. Christie is awesome! She took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of my questions. I was in and out of my appointment in less than 25 minutes. I can already see how much lighter my tattoo is after only one session. Looking forward to future sessions and getting rid of this mistake tattoo.

My session was with Christy, and it was excellent in all respects. I'd had two sessions elsewhere, so I knew what to expect and had a benchmark by which to judge her work, and everything went perfect...

I recommend these guys highly, they do a great job in a professional and comfortable manner. I had 8 treatments with another tattoo removalist before moving to Denver. While the black in my tattoo was fading, the color was barely touched. I have now had 3 treatments with Christie and my tattoo is almost gone. No Scarring or any other side effectsYes it's painful, but that is because these guys have a top line high power laser, the previous tattoo removalist I was with did it as a sideline and had a much smaller laser which didn't hurt as much, but would have taken years to remove my tattoo. These guys are professional with great equipment and really know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Unless you've taken your own analgesics, tattoo removals will HURT. However, go to Christy - she knows what she's doing & cares about the results. After 3 sittings, 2 of my BLACKest tats r nearly go...

I wasn't sure how the removal process was going to be. I kept hearing horror stories about how it is so much worse than the initial ink was. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the practice and the confidence of the staff. They are super friendly and know exactly what they are doing, making the whole process more enjoyable. Though I don't think you can really enjoy getting zapped by a laser... tattoo must go exceeded all expectations.
