These guys are quality! Really sweet couple and and down to earth. Super clean, thorough, and very reasonably priced! Good quality jewelry too. I got tattooed here by Vinnie and had an overall great experience in the shop. This is a no frills tattoo shop in the more traditional vein. That's not to say its seedy or dirty, the shop is bright and clean and all three tattooers there (there were no front desk or "shop" people there when I came in) were friendly. I wish I'd found Nando earlier. He's a fantastic tattoo artist! I just saw him yesterday to fix a previous recent tattoo. He had great ideas about how to really make it pop. I went in yesterday for a nose piercing. I got there and had to wait about 15 minutes for the piercer to get in. The owner is the one who does piercings. He had me sit in the chair while he got all of the tools ready. While he was doing that, he didn't bother acknowledging me or even introducing himself. He spent the entire time bitching at his other tattoo artist and putting him down for him choosing to have a second job. If I was that artist, I'd have walked right out and found work elsewhere. An owner has no business ignoring a customer or yelling at an artist in front of the customer. If this had been one of my first piercings I would have been incredibly anxious rather than calm by any means. Very rude and unprofessional. As this goes, the owner finally stops and acknowledges me. He explains that he has to use an extra large needle. He also explained that he couldn't find the right tool to insert into my nose so that the needle didn't push even more through. He was such a mess with it that I felt like he had no idea what he was doing. I've had my nose done twice before so figured I could get through it though. Wish I had trusted my instinct and left right away! He pierced my nose and blood went everywhere, definitely hit a vein. I bled a little with prior piercings, but nothing like that! On top of this, he couldn't get the nose ring in so we were going to have to start over. I took a few to make sure the bleeding had stopped and to decide if I wanted to try again. I sat back down to try, then realized my nose had also gone numb. I asked him if this was bad, and he said there were no nerves in the nose. Well, there is and obviously one had been hit. After him continuing to put me down and treat me poorly I chose to leave. My nose is still numb though, and it's been 30 hours.In the end, I went somewhere else, who had me in and out in 15 minutes, provided bottled water while waiting, didn't make me bleed excessively, used a normal sized needle, was clean friendly and professional, and it turned out wonderfully!They may do decent tattoos, but I wouldn't help support this guy and his shop. Very poor customer service. I recently got a full side piece tattoo at a shop with similar pricing and got great service. Read Less

I would give ZERO stars if possible. This shop used to be in a different building with a different name. I came in over a year ago to have the word "Sin" covered on my wrist. The artist, Ron, said no problem. I asked for a silhouette of a woman flying with angel wings. We agreed on a design and he added some scroll work (which is his signature). The tat was ok....let's just say I dealt with it. After several people commented on how bad it was, I decided to call. I forgot the name of the place I had it done at, so came back on YELP to find it. I was shocked to see that the owner had commented on my pic review saying "this horrible tattoo was not done at our shop". I went into the shop FURIOUS and spoke with Ron and Lenny (the owner). Lenny recognized how bad the tat was and Ron agreed to fix it since he guarantees his work. Lenny even said "we don't do work like this. Ron, I even asked you if you did this and you said no". I've been in twice to have it "fixed" and it honestly looks worse. I should have gone to another artist to repair it to begin with. Ron was nice enough, but if he couldn't make his art look good, he should have said so. Now I have this sloppy, splotchy blob on a very noticeable part of my body. His excuse was "cover ups aren't always perfect"....WRONG!!!! If you can't cover a simple word with a nice tat, don't accept the appointment. Apparently, the company had a pretty bad reputation so they closed down shop and reopened as a new name with all the same artists. I am FURIOUS with the work on my wrist as well as how the staff has acted like I have some something wrong. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!!!! Read Less

I've gotten two large pieces and one badass sandwich tattoo from Ron. The new shop is off the hook clean professional all the guys in the shop are fucking awesome. I LOVE this place!!!!! Super cute shop and every welcoming.  Lenny did my half sleeve with leopard print and I love it so much!!! So far I have got four tattoos from him and I love them all.  The shop does great work without a huge price. Can't wait for more ink!!!! Read Less

Omg! these guys are brilliant! iv had numerous tattoos done by different artists in different places, and I have to say all these guys do fantastic work. if you check out their work they have the ability to tattoo in many different styles! so many tattooists only seem to have the ability to do their one style! not these guys, fantastic.
