I had an excellent experience at Leviathan. The shop is well kept, clean and has a nice vibe. The artists that work there are so talented and so professional! At the age of 63 I decided to get my first tattoo in memory of my late husband. I was nervous. Been put me at ease right away. He worked with me on my design until it was just right, giving suggestions (that made the design better) but was also willing to let me take the lead on what was going on my arm. He worked quick enough so I didn't feel like I'd been sitting there forever, but took his time to get every detail just right. I loved his work immediately. I loved it so much in fact that I booked my next tattoo with him two days later. I loved the second one just as much. If I decide to get any more tattoos, I'll fly to Denver from Dallas to have him do the work. His prices are fair and competitive, his work is superior, his customer service is perfect, and on top of that, he's a hell of a nice guy. I highly recommend him. Read Less

I've never had a better tattoo experience. I've been to three different shops for my other tattoos, and Leviathan was by far the best. My friend and I were walk-ins (just in town for the weekend) and everyone was super nice and got us in last minute. Chad did an amazing job and had super clean linework. Probably the single best tattoo shop experience I've had in my life. We walked in trying to get fit in that day and they found the space to work with us, reworked our concepts with no complaints and were just super nice. The shop is clean, the artists are awesome. Ashley is great and has a really skilled light hand so I'd recommend her to anyone. I got a tattoo in a really sensitive place and it went so smoothly. The quality of work is great too! I am absolutely in love with the piece I got done here. I went into the shop last minute a few hours before my flight home to get a tattoo I've been wanting for a while. Before stopping in, I went to a previous shop down the road and the service there was nothing compared to what I received here. The service at the other shop was disrespectful immediately upon walking in. The girl at the front was less than personable and the artist, before even hearing what I wanted, was rude and acted inconvenienced. Once presented with my ideas he seemed less than  interested in helping me, which personally if you're going to act like a tattoo I want is stupid or pointless I am not going to give you the business let alone give you the opportunity to tattoo me when you so easily will put down what has meaning to me. Everyone that I spoke to at Leviathan upon going in and getting my tattoo was super nice and helpful. With the time limit I had, it wasn't easy but Ben did an amazing job not only with the work he did but in finishing my piece ahead of when I needed to leave. Of the tattoos I have, I have to say this is by far my favorite and most meaningful one. I look forward to coming back to Colorado and stopping in again. Read Less

I was tattooed by the very talented Christel Perkins today at Leviathan. I have over 150 plus hours of tattoo work done from various talented artists from LA, SEATTLE, PORTLAND, EUGENE, and now Denver. Christel finished a sleeve of mine today in around 5 1/2 hours that was started by 3 various artists and I like her work the best out of everything on my torso, entire back and sleeves. Leviathan is a very clean professional shop with well rounded awesome talent. It's a kind semi-spacious shop with a Leviathan like atmosphere with lots of art on the walls to look at. I love this place and the people that work there. Well worth the 18 hour drive from Oregon or 3 hour flight to get worked on here. Christel is robotattoo I believe on Instagram and they probably have a website to see portfolios and the other artists probably have ig accounts too I would imagine. I know they have portfolios on the coffee table to check out. There are a lot of great artists in the world and you'll find 4 of them at Leviathan. Read Less
