Worst costumer service I've ever experienced in my life! Went in with my design, asked if they thought it was big enough to look good long term, Sherry said "I don't know" just seemed like she didn't care at all. Was rude to me about the placement on my arm, was talking to me like I was a 5 year old. Then after she put the stencil on I looked at it, asked if I could get it less than an inch bigger, she huffed like she was angry said that we already decided on the size and that she said she wouldn't make it bigger unless I gave her 50 more dollars (a black and white outline, no shading, no color piece) Because she had continuously been rude to me I said I didn't want the tattoo anymore. She threw a hissy fit, said I already paid and then hit the chair and said "sit down, we're doing this" after that I was beyond done and didn't care if I got my money back, I walked away to where my friend was getting her tattoo done, the (I'm assuming owner) was trying to calm me down, asked what was wrong. I said Shelly was being really aggressive, he said "that's just who Shelly is" ????? I don't care if that's who she is, I'm a customer and you do not treat customers like that, especially when you're going to permanently change their body. They wouldn't give me a refund, instead gave me a gift certificate. Shelly then said "if she doesn't want to get tattooed by me, that's her loss" like she's 12 years old instead of a woman with children? As I was leaving she gave me my money back thank god so I didn't totally waste $90. This would have been my 5th tattoo, I know what a good tattoo artist is and how they should treat their customers and this was NOTHING like that and completely unprofessional. Do NOT go here, ever. Came in very happy and appreciative with my gift certificate, was proceeded by very poor customer service from Brian.(extremely rude)Artwork was good no issues, that's why 2 stars.. I too am an artist and understand what it means to struggle, however I do not low ball clients or treat them as an inconvenience! Also one of the dirtiest shops I've seen.My advice is to not use those radio gift certificates and head over to pens and needles!!! Oh and to your response owner I did tell him upfront about coupon!!!!! And twice to be exact!!!! He then proceeded after 2nd time I told him aka he finally heard me... This place had me thinking i was going to get a good tattoo.. So i paid for a tapout tattoo . the artist tapped out after 4 hours. My forarme and hand was already 50 percent done. I got pics before and after. Basicilly got two big flowers on each side of my forearm and he shaded only 2 flowers.. Left the other side just out lined.. And some of the out wasnt even done.. Ive gotten way more done for 150 bucks. He kept taken breaks. Then his friend showed up so we just went for 30 more min then he tapped out. I wasnt even close to being to done.. Like i said i got pics .. It was very dissapointing.. I cant even look at it with out getting upset.. You can tell dude felt bad. He told me to come in after it healed amd throw him a 100 to 200 more dollars and he would make it up to me lol. So i got one side of my forarme done like i said eas prevously already 50 to 75 percent done and the other side just got outline of flowers woth some of the outline not even finished .. Very upsetting because it was 500 bucks. Even threw a tip before we started.. And it was for my daughter. Sucks but i defintly learned my lesson. Like i said i got way more work done at a shop for 150 bucks.. But i got pics if anyone would like to see.. He talked a good game. Went in for a few questions and was met with a lot of attitude. Was just looking for a tragus stud. Apparently that's a dumb question and the lady let us know that. I was given a $100 gift certificate. When I asked about a tattoo the woman "artist" bitched about how they were there to make real money and she refused to accept the certificates at face value. She was the rudest most arragant person I have ever seen. I can't believe that the shop would even allow her to speak to new customers. I have several tattoos, My 1st one was done almost 30 years ago I have been to several shops. I have never seen a shop allow an artist to act like this. I found another shop. I had a friend in town and we wanted coordinate tattoos of meaningful places. We walked in and the big guy was very friendly and told us when to come in the next day and that our tattoos would not be expensive. Sure enough, next day first thing we went and the artist was happy to do the tattoos and helped us find exactly the font we wanted. She placed it on our outer forearm and asked if everything was straight and if we liked it. We did of course. For mine- I did pikes peak coordinates and instead of drawing up a small generic looking mountain she made a smaller look of pikes peak so it would go with it. I would go back in a heartbeat. Horrible job asked for a simple arrow tattoo with a quote. It Was so expensive and the girl couldn't even do the a font that i wanted so i had to choose from whatever generic text an old Microsoft word had. The arrows are not straight nor are they even the same size and you'd think at least she could of had the text all lined up but god forbid. I really do not have high standards for tattoos but this is by far one of the most embarrassing corniest tattoos i have ever received. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY.Read Less

It's not bad. I went in nervous for my first tattoo but chris helped me calm down a bit. He didn't seem like he had too much patience but he was nice. Halfway through my tattoo I felt a little sick and asked to go to the bathroom. He seemed a little nervous there. He gave me a piece if candy to spike my blood sugar and he finished. Chris is an amazing tattoo artist. I'm still in the process of finishing my tattoo but he had already exceeded my expectation. It's better than I had imagined. I can't wait to finish it and start my next one with him. If this review didn't help you maybe the fact that Chris also knows all the lyrics to every Dr.Dre song. Go anywhere else but here!!! If you do make the silly mistake of going here, like I did,  be sure not to get any type of service from Dark.  Went in with the husband to get a tattoo drawn up and paid my $50. Dark informed us that he would have it drawn up the same day and he'll be calling within the week. Week went by, no call. The husband went down to the shop 3 times and each time he was not there and was told by an employee he'd receive  a return call from dark. No return calls.  Finally two weeks went by, we both went down to the shop.  This Dark douche tells us he left the drawing at home and had no clue that my husband had came in 3 times in the last week, altho his coworkers left notes at his station.  Left the drawing at home??? Did someone not tell me this was a kindergarten and not a professional establishment? At this point, I knew I wanted nothing more to do with this place. I wanted my money back and I gave two f***s about their broke no refund policy.  Called the owner the next day and this Sherry was an even bigger douche.  Not only did she yell at me, she also insulted me. I was in disbelief. No business ethics whatsoever and piss poor service!! She wouldn't give the money back altho her business could not deliver the service I paid for.
