TERRIBLE! AWFUL! literally the WORST experience I have EVER had getting a service done. This place is unprofessional, rude, zero customer service. My mom and I went to get nose piercings, he did not do what either of us asked, and refused to try anything else to make it better. The gauge he used in my nose was way to large and both of us ended up having to go elsewhere the same night to get our piercings fixed! We didn’t sign any waivers or consent forms. I stopped in to talk to Jimmy about doing a sleeve for me, brought him some ideas of what I was thinking about and after talking with him we started working on it and he has knocked it out of the park. So far we are 11 hours in and I couldn't have asked for a better design or artist to do my work. I like a lot of the work I have bit I love Jimmy's piece he is doing for me. It's the first tattoo that I have truly LOVED and is a piece of art, not just a tattoo. I have had many people compliment me on it, and ask where I got it done, and while we aren't finished I can't wait to see the rest of the design and what he is going to incorporate to it. As long as he is in town he will be the only person who does my work, (we already have a design planned for my other hand). His shop is clean, he is willing to work with you on your design and will give you sound advice on something that may or may not work as far as a design. i found them as a happy accident! was just driving by and saw there sign and wow! such a beautiful facility! and The Artis t Jimmy was so nice and very informative, he answered all my questions and did a custom drawing for me while i waited and i am so happy with my new tattoo! i will be back best customer service i have had! there is a great clean and well staffed studio in castle rock and i found them! I had the best experience here. I felt very comfortable going in and talking to him. I explained to him what I wanted and showed him some pictures. He literally hand drew and made them even better. GREAT PEOPLE, FLAWLESS WORK. I've driven past this shop regularly for some weeks and thought I'd give it a go. I am floored by the cleanliness, professionalism, and care that this shop has! I literally walked in on a Friday night. I was greeted instantaneously. Jimmy, the shop owner and master tattooer came right up to me with a smile and welcomed me with open arms. I had an idea in mind. A couple traditional roses surrounding an upside-down triangle containing a hieroglyphic. I was fully prepared to black out the triangle but Jimmy offered to touch it up. "I'd rather you walk out with a quality tattoo." He said. He literally FREE HANDED THESE ROSES. I was able to chat with him and get some much needed needle therapy. THIS SHOP IS WORTH THE VISIT!!! What a awesome shop! I've gotten tattoos at several other shops but this shop by far has been the best I've ever been too!! Great customer service, very clean, great vibe, and absolutely amazing work!!!! The staff/artist makes you feel completely comfortable and are willing to work with you to make you are getting the exact tattoo you want! They use great ink so the color looks amazing and the lines are solid and bold! I was a litter nervous because of other experiences I've had with other shops but they made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions! They opened all the needles in front of me so I knew everything was clean and a clean shop is number one for me when getting a tattoo! They also had all their certifications framed and absolve to see. I will be coming here for all my tattoos and I highly recommend you come get your work here as well! Read Less
