Any time I go into the shop, the feeling is almost unwelcoming. And also they genuinely have zero selection for any time of jewelry. The piercers are uneducated and amatur. The only good thing about this place is MAYBE the tattoos, though I'm not a personal fan of their style of artwork. it makes me sad that this is the only location for any type of piercings in canon city. Must say, we've been to many tattoo studios, shops, parlors, etc. In many different states. This is by far the nicest place and stylish location we have ever been to. Very friendly and price range is definitely great! Made an appointment for a few months from now since they are booked for months. Owners are very friendly and courteous.Read Less

Got my septum done here about an hour ago, the shop is very clean and neat. The piercer, Amanda, was really nice in explaining what would happen during the piercing. This Christmas I went to a tattoo and piercing shop in Colorado springs to get my nose pierced. I was very happy with how professional and clean they were. Last month I went into the dungeon to have them switch my piercing out for a hoop. I couldnt do it myself because they did it with a special stud. The lady that helped me and my dad pick out a hoop first off rolled her eyes at my dad and pushed past questions he was asking. We finally picked one and I went back with her to get it switched. I told her about the place i got it done at and how much it was and i basically got the what for on why i paid as much as i did. First off my nose is very sensitive and she wasn't gental at all. Her tool that she was using to change it slipped and she made a noise out of fear. This got me scared and not to mention hurt really bad. So we get the hoop on and she is clamping it. We leave and I get home and it looked like there was scratch from when she slipped. It was not big deal. However later that night at I went to get ready for bed at 10 I knew something wasn't right. That thing that I thought was a scratch on the inside of my nose was really the hole of where the hoop should have been! The lady didn't put it all the way through! She decided just to clamp it onto my skin. So I go wake my dad up and he has to get out the pliers and unclamp it from my skin. She did it so hard it took us a half hour to undo it. After we got it off my skin my mom had to basically repierce my nose and shove it through the hole. My question is if you are professional how can you be so inept to do that? I will never recommend this place to anyone ever if you can handle switching a piercing out I can't even imagine how you do tattoos. Read Less

Have been here for a tattoo and a piercing, both times the staff was professional and friendly, explaining the process and aftercare clearly. The shop was very clean and they took proper steps to maintain a sanitary work environment. Great place, especially for a small town. I had two memorial tattoos done for my Dad who past away last July. I had them done by an employee who is no longer working there. They looked good when I left the shop, but after they were healed, which took longer than usual, they looked terrible and were unreadable. I emailed Richie, who is the owner, and he volunteered to redo them for free. However, this is not his typical policy. But when he saw the tattoos and knew that I was upset, he told me he was so sorry and that ...he would do everything he could to make it right. He knew how much they meant to me, because they were for my Father who died. He expressed his condolences for my loss and made my tattoos look exactly like I wanted. He did a phenomenal job and is extremely talented. I appreciate everything you did Richie. I'm very proud to have them and now I can show them and not be disappointed.
