I've gotten ink from a half dozen places over the years and I'll tell you that Robert is one of the best to work with. I've gone to him a couple of times and will for sure go again.1. Talk to him before hand when you make your appointment and show him the art work. You'll get a fair estimate on price as well as the amount of time it'll take.2. When you arrive for your appointment, he's on time and ready. I mean he's already started to prep his tray (so you're not sitting around for the requisite 30-45 minutes while he gets out the ink, puts down the paper and Saran Wrap, etc3. He knows what he's doing. Yes, I understand that at this point, we're all only going to artists that know what they're doing....but again, after going to many shops over the years, he is right up there with anybody I've sat for in Vegas or NY. 4. The final product is fantastic. It doesn't matter if its just a simple B/W or an intricate color piece, I've been there for his work first hand and he's above anything else you're going to get locally.On a side note, I was there when he was with some first timers. I could see his "bedside manner" and it was fantastic. Patient and precise, he explained things as he went along and really made people feel at ease.Its a 5 star for me and should be for you.

He did my entire chest piece, my right arm half sleeve, and a small piece on my lower neck- and they are all beautiful, personalized, and unique tattoos. Definitely recommend going here for your next tattoo.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO HERE. I went in to get a tattoo and was completely over-estimated. I was quoted $250 for a piece that I KNOW would be $120-150 elsewhere. But these guys were highest rated in town...
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO HERE. I went in to get a tattoo and was completely over-estimated. I was quoted $250 for a piece that I KNOW would be $120-150 elsewhere. But these guys were highest rated in town so I thought I'd give it a shot. When I compared my last piece (which was bigger and has more line work and only cost me $120 including tip) to it the shop owner Robert said "I honestly don't give a f*ck. If you don't like it, you can get the f*ck out". Don't even try, people.

My tat has a 3d look and a very sexy character about her.Robert is not only an artist but a fixer of messed up tats from lesser qualified artists. In my opinion, Righteous Ink is the only place that I would have work done that will last a life time.

About a month back i came into this business looking to color in my shoulder tattoo, i soon witnessed sexual harassment that i couldn’t ignore. I overheard one of the artists, who from their website appears to be “Robert” was blatantly talking to a customer sexually and she appeared uncomfortable the whole time. I strongly encourage people to not support this business until they appropriately handle the behavior of the staff towards the woman who are paying customers. I even took the time to wait outside until she was finished and she admitted she was uncomfortable hearing him be sexual, even if he was just making “light jokes”. Very unnaccpetable. Poor business. Finishing my tattoo else where for sure.

The People that work here are beyond humbling and kind, hence the Righteous Talent behind each and every one of them. We had the pleasure to have "Panda" tat my fiancee'. He surprised me with a 9 year anniversary tatoo with my name on his chest, I wouldnt change any detail to it. The turn out was better than we envisioned it to be. Highly Recommend 🐼 "Panda", true talent! Family friendly as well made my 4 y.o. so comfortable with the marker drawing board and paw patrol cable. The owner also drew up a mickey mouse for my son. I love the people here and there talent honestly speaks for itself. You wont be disappointed here!

I walked in on a Wednesday and ended talking to a hispanic-looking guy with gauges, I think his name was Chris.I talked with him to find out info and eventually I was giving him an idea of what i wanted.Came back on Friday, and he has a drawing ready for me. It was awesome!It was as though he drafted the picture directly from my mind, and my description didn't do him justice.2 hours layer I walked out with my first tattoo, and a feeling of complete and total satisfaction.As for the place and staff, it has a very relaxed vibe and I'm pretty sure a couple are H.A. I've gotten 2 tattoos from Cheddar and he is awesome!! His work is fast and clean and he makes the entire session relaxing. I usually see him first thing in the morning so the shop is quiet and empty....

I moved back the Bay Area but still comes to see Cheddar whenever I'm in the area and in need of a tattoo.

Definitely my new favorite place to get some ink! I had been wanting a sleeve of flowers for a couple of years now and Jon did an excellent job in creating my vision. He's professional and can make you laugh even when you really want to cry. He's not super expensive either and is a very talented artist. When I get more tattoos, this is where I'll be going!

He's professional and can make you laugh even when you really want to cry. He's not super expensive either and is a very talented artist. When I get more tattoos, this is where I'll be going!
