The 1st Tattoo shop in West Sacramento. We are born and raised here so we wanted to bring our LOVE & PASSION to the city we love. We are CUSTOM Artists. You will be greeted with a SMILE when you walk in the door. You want it, we'll draw it. Victory Ink is a Art Gallery for you local West Sac Artist that would like to sell your Art (paintings/photography) off our walls please come in so we can check out your work and hopefully find you a spot! -Our base price is $50. We charge by the PIECE not the hour! If you will need sessions you pay by the session itself. Come in for a quote! Piercing on a 'on call' basis. Please call first and we will set something up for you!

I've been looking for a good place for walk ins since my primary tattoo artist is normally booked up for months and months, and I just wanted 3 really small tattoos. I walked in with my coworker after we got off work, and Sean was amazing at helping us figure out our tattoos and where it would look best. He was super accommodating to any changes I wanted to make with my tattoos, and never made me feel like I was being annoying for asking to change the size. The other guys in the shop also made me feel really comfortable, as I've had bad experiences at other tattoo shops with men making inappropriate comments and acting weird towards me, so the change in atmosphere and attitude was really nice. I got 3 little tattoos by him, and it was literally done in 5 minutes. The price is amazing for the quality you get with these talented guys, and I will most definitely be back for more. Thanks Sean!

All I have to say is I absolutely love my tattoo. Leo really listened to what I wanted and made my original idea even better. He captured everything I wanted from the colors, to the crystals, to the flower details in the moon. He was very nice and didn't have a heavy hand. I honestly didn't feel any pain it was like not even getting a tattoo. I love his attention to detail. Omg I'm just so in love and it's officially my favorite tattoo. I will be coming back soon to get my sage stick!!

My friend and I would have loved to have actually been able to give a good review of this place but they made that impossible, literally. We walked in, were not acknowledged by the individual chatting...
My friend and I would have loved to have actually been able to give a good review of this place but they made that impossible, literally. We walked in, were not acknowledged by the individual chatting it up. We looked at the books for a bit thinking maybe one of the other charming folks would at least see if we needed help, had an appt, wanted a tattoo, or two, but nothing. So, thinking perhaps they were all so swamped with the two people in the shop, 1 actually talking about getting work and who knew who, we sat down to wait. Two people that had been behind the counter walked out, passed where we were sitting near the door, again, nothing. One walked back in, again, nothing. We sat for about 20 mins total and NOTHING. So we decided perhaps they didn't need our business and left. It's a shame because we both wanted a tattoo right then and there and I needed a consult on a full back piece, but they clearly don't need business and are already rolling in the dough.

Came here for my first tattoo, a girl I went to school with told me to come here. And I must say, I am very happy I came here. Don't want to go to any other tattoo shop! Greg is amazing! The second photo is my tattoo that Greg did, first photo is what I had originally showed him. I love my tattoo! And so happy he made it look different so it could be my own. Can't wait to get more! I got my first tattoo at victory ink and I will be a customer for life. Greg did my mandala and it is absolutely beautiful. He was professional but still friendly and inviting. His shop is exceptionally clean and all of the other artists are happy to start up a conversation with you. I also got five piercings done by Roger and he was awesome as well. He talked me through the whole process and triple checked to make sure that the piercings were exactly where I wanted them.

Great service and a clean environment. I was looking for an artist close to home when my neighbor showed me her work. I liked the clean lines and although it was a simple design, I wanted to see if this artist was capable of a bigger and more intricate design. I went to discuss work for a sleeve, Greg was courteous, professional and knew exactly what I wanted. A couple of weeks later we starred the process and the work is beyond my expectation. Highly recommend anyone who wants good work with clean lines, excellent detail and a great atmosphere to come see Greg at Victory Ink.

I've been looking for a good place for walk ins since my primary tattoo artist is normally booked up for months and months, and I just wanted 3 really small tattoos. I walked in with my coworker after we got off work, and Sean was amazing at helping us figure out our tattoos and where it would look best. He was super accommodating to any changes I wanted to make with my tattoos, and never made me feel like I was being annoying for asking to change the size. All I have to say is I absolutely love my tattoo. Leo really listened to what I wanted and made my original idea even better. He captured everything I wanted from the colors, to the crystals, to the flower details in the moon. He was very nice and didn't have a heavy hand.
