Went in to get some piercings done and Becca did a wonderful job. I was a little nervous but she was very soothing and informative plus sanitary of course. She explains the process from start to finish and goes on to explain how certain piercings appearance will result based on your anatomy before it's done. I knew I wanted to get more after some time so of course I went back to her and experience was just as good. This time I took my daughter in for some ear piercings and everything was smooth sailing as well. She explained the after care along with giving us an informative paper to take with us and let us know to give her a call if we had any questions or concerns. Becca is legit one of my fav people! I was scared to get my piercings at first and I visited several shops in the HD where they do piercings, but I just wasn't feeling the vibe. Then I came across Becca and I'm so glad that I did! She's done all of piercings! My first major piercing I got was my nipples and I was scared because of the pain I was going to experience and because I was going to be exposed, but Becca made me feel sooo comfortable! Came here originally just to have a piercing done. But was really interested in the art they have, and talked to one of the artists about possibly having a cover up done. He was really knowledgeable about everything, and explained the ways I could have it covered up. The appointment and having a sketch done will be a deposit of $40, which goes towards the actual tattoo, and pricing will be anywhere from $100 - $120 per hour. The inside of the parlor is really clean and well lit, and the artists seemed very skilled. My piercing was done by Becca, and she did a wonderful job on it. Came with my sister to get our piercings done. Cartilage, second hole, and nipples. Cheap, clean, and really nice. We went early and no one was there, but by the time we were done the waiting room was full of people! Awesome awesome awesome. Went here today to get my daughters ears pierced for her birthday. She was excited until the first ear. Was extremely upset after the first. Cried and said she didn't wanna do the second (she's turning 6) toughed it out and did it anyway. Piercer was super sweet to her the whole time even though she was making a bit of a fuss. Lady had starburst for after. Brilliant. One of the artists that was there gave us a can of the h20 aftercare spray on the house. Super kind to us even though we disrupted things for a minute. If I was writing yelp reviews when Stacy was still working here I would have gave it 5 stars. I went to go get my nose pierced here and oh my god it was a horrible experience. I bled so much and not only that nothing was sterile!! He didn't even wipe my nose wth alcohol before piercing it! And no Vaseline on the needle to make it go through more easily, he was literally trying to push the needle in for 5 seconds. And than it was this thick 16 gage nose stud the guy put in my nose! Didn't even stay in place and it ended up falling out when I slept because there was no way of keeping it secure or anything since it was an "L" shape. Loveddddd this place!I came here to get my septum pierced. Every step of the way I felt welcome. From the moment that I stepped in the door to the moment I got back into my car.The girl at the front desk with the red hair is so patient and kind. I filled out my paperwork and was brought into the back. The gentleman doing the actual piercing made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. He even took all the tools he needed out of the packaging right in front of me so I knew they were clean. All together my septum took about 10 minutes and only cost $25! (That even included the jewelry!)I will absolutely be coming back here for all of my piercing and tattoo needs. :]P.S. - The guy who does the piercings is not there every day so make sure to call and see when he is. Came here to get my nipples pierced. First, it is only $20/nipple and that is really cheap compared to other places. Also, I was so nervous and indecisive because it was literally a last minute decision but they made me feel comfortable and let me know that I would be taken care of. Angel was my piercer and he is so awesome! Made me feel super comfortable and the pain...well what pain!?? Left side was a breeze, felt literally nothing, then the right side, hurt a tad bit but was definitely not as bad as I thought. He doesn't use the clamps which made it that much easier on me. I have struggled for YEARS of barley having any brows. I spent a lot of time drawing them on every morning. I've tried for years to grow them out and they just never grew back the way I would want them to. Sam is BOMB when it comes to brows, she knows how to shape them as they should be. She repaired a piercing I had done in the Mall by an Asian man that does illegal piercing with a gun where you are suppose to use a sterilized needle. I have bought body jewelry from them and just last week they a Stacie inserted a nose jewelry I couldn't do myself. I will go to them for all the piercings and a tattoo if I decide to get one!. This place is a complete slop whole. I came in to get a piercing and later a tatto. Both times I went in the customer service was horrible. The chick in the front that wore way to much makeup was completely stuck up. There are roaches all over the place. The technique is really crappy. I'm now waiting for fading cream and whatever is left over im going to get lasered. Please be aware of this place. It was highly recommended to me and has been nothing but a nightmare. Read Less
