i cold called in the middle of the afternoon yesterday after calling a few other places that didn't answer. i liked the name so i called here & they picked up right away! he scheduled me for an appointment first thing in the morning, next day! the store itself is really nice & open & they welcomed me right away. after meeting Dallin & explaining my simple tattoo, he gave his suggestions & just knew the perfect spot for it when i hadn't been sure. it was quick & he was super nice & talked me through the rough parts. being in the shop was it's own experience, i only thought about tattoos & it was great. they're all super friendly & girl (i didn't catch her name, i feel super rude!) but she had the most beautiful red hair so she is easily identifiable! she took pictures, was nice & i was comfortable the whole time i was there! ill definitely be back for my future tattoos! Cha Cha does awesome work and already booked for my next one. Are they expensive?...Yes but the work is worth the price.  This tattoo was seen by Nergal lead singer of the Band Behemoth and he was so stoked with the work that I made it on their Instagram page.  So check them out I think the work is the best in High Desert. I went in looking for a chest piece to get on my 18th birthday and as soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a very friendly staff, a clean work area, and an awesome atmosphere. The artist who did my piece is Cha Cha. She was polite and patient as I tried to find pictures of what I wanted and managed to come up with a sketch of what I wanted within minutes of me walking in. I wish I could give them more stars because I have heard they re the best, but I experienced otherwise. Called head same day to see if they accepted walk-ins because my husband and I wanted to get tats. They said that there would be a few artists on hand at the time we discussed. We are only able to have a date night once In a while due to our schedules plus we have a toddler. So we get there and we didn't get greeted until 10 mins after we got there only to find out they weren't accepting walk-ins at that time and there was only one artist there who was busy....
