I went to Scott E a huge inked mess!! He was able to fix, cover, touch up or just add a new to what ever I was wanting! He covered HUGE regrets like it never happened. Scott has been doing my work for several years now and it's impeccable. He's meticulous about the design and work, producing spectacular tattoos with the forethought of how it will look on skin (instead of paper), how it will heal, and most of all, how it will age. You will walk away with a tattoo that in 10 years is not a faded fuzzy image you got drilled in at some mall shop, but instead a piece of art that may very well have improved over the passage of time.
