Decided to be spontaneous with my friend last weekend and we ended up here. Great customer service as soon as you walk in they kindly greet you and answer all questions you have. I got my Rook pierced, a tattoo behind my ear & my friend got a tattoo on her bicep.I was pierced by Sydney, who was really dope! It wasn't awkward at all she kept conversation going the whole time. When it came to the actual piercing, She asked if I wanted her to count to 3 or just go for it; I loved that she gave me an option. I told her to just go for it. It was fast & didn't hurt at all. She gave me the aftercare stuff & along with her business card with her number & the shops number. she said if i had any concerns she could be reached at her number anytime of day. BEST pricings for piercings and quality experience!! I will be coming here for all future piercings. As for the tattoos, Shop minimum for a tattoo is $80 which is fair. Both mine & my friend's tatts cost $100 each which was a reasonable price considering we were walk-ins and all. Herman was our tattoo artist and by far the coolest tattoo artist I've come across. My friend and I were skeptical at first cause we were trusting this guy to put something that would be on our bodies forever, but he calmly gave us his card & told us to check out his instagram (@hermanaldowibowo). He didn't try pressuring us or anything, like he wasn't money hungry. After scoping his instagram we knew we could trust him cause he had mad talent & he's been doing this for years! He was so chill, entertaining and just had this awesome vibe. You could tell he loved his job. the tattoos we chose were minimal ones. Was looking to get a tattoo done today and went over some reviews on yelp and thought I'd give this place a try they had walk in welcome so without an appointment me and my friend went in to find out if anyone would be available to do a small music note tattoo behind the ear,  Gabe the tattoo artist was the individual who asked what we were looking to get. My whole experience with Mint Condition Tattoo Piercing overall 4/5, but what made me give 5 stars was Herman (the tattoo artist) @https://www.instagram.com/hermanaldowibowo/. I can't say how happy I was with his results in the end. When we first talked about the tattoo he was very flexible, he gave me some feedback and we bounced back and forth ideas. We finished the first half of my sleeve literally 1 week after we came in and put out deposit in. A slightly painful 5 hours session but well worth it in the end. You can tell he really cares about not just his art but your own healing process also. He give you a step by step on how to take care of your tattoo during the healing process. This place is amazing! Syndey was so helpful with my piercings! That tattoos I got done were by Herman and he was honestly so amazing! Me and my friend came as a walk-in with 2 tattoos in mind and he was able to help us right away and provide us with amazing work! I came back the next day with my boyfriend, because we were both so satisfied with my tattoo and his work on IG, that we wanted him to do our bigger oriental pieces, and again he provided us with tattoos that came out more than perfect. This is the only tattoo shop I'll ever step foot into because I've found an artist that is kind, patient, talented and kinda funny. His work speaks for itself and I love his colors, I'll forever be grateful that I found John. All of my family goto him and the ones that don't, well, let's just say it shows lol. I have friends that goto the other owner of the shop and he does great work also but of course John is my guy! Also, I went in today for a nose piercing and Sydney got the job done. She is so sweet and adorable. Everyone is very welcoming i came in to get a septum piercing and Jackie did it she was so kind and walked me through everything after it's done she even gave me a little bag of salt for the piercing and her personal phone number for any questions after the piercing i had realized it was a little crooked so i texted her with pictures and she said she was more than happy to fix it free of charge! i've never been so welcomed and had such great treatment as a customer this is now my forever piercing shop! I got snake bites here and i explained to the piercer that my lips get very inflamed after a piercing and that because my lips are big id need a bigger ring. She went a head and have me a small stud and my lip got very infected, to top it off one of the studs got trapped under my skin and i had to pop it out just to take it off. I'm appalled. I've been to this shop plenty of times for tattoos and piercings, but today when I wanted to take my daughter to get a septum piercing, I called ahead to ask how old she had to be to be to get it with parental consent or how old the parent needed to be to sign for the minor and whoever the hell answered the phone thought it was a good idea to laugh and make fun of the potential customer for a 50 dollar piercing that when I got it a few months ago when they charged me 40. Don't care about the money but I care about the fact that I've worked so hard to make my daughter happy and if she wants a piercing her mother has I don't see why I was to deny her it. I got my first piercing when I was 13. But anyway, to the asshole who laughed at me for having a baby at 15, I hope you rot in hell. Read Less

I stopped by this shop to get three piercings done while I waited for my car windows to finish getting tinted. Two helixes and my tragus. The female piercer was very knowledgeable and soft spoken. I originally wanted front helixes but she said my ear pocket wasn't big enough :( and it would most likely rip out of my ear if the earring were to ever snag on anything. She walked me through the whole process and told me everything as she pierced my ears. Originally $40 a piercing she dropped it down to $30 each. Went home with aftercare and sea salt and happy! She told me to call if there were any problems. Three weeks later I must've slept on my tragus wrong which caused my ear to engulf the piercing. My friend had to keep pushing the earring out. After two days of this, I couldn't take the pain anymore and risk infection. I called them back and told them what happened. The girl over the phone told me to come back in so they could replace the barbell with something longer for $5. I went in that night about 15 minutes before they closed - traffic was so bad from Pasadena . The man with the beard helped switch out the barbell. He was so gentle with the piercing I barely felt any pain - he had magic hands I swear. I asked if it was infected and he thankfully said it wasn't, just very irritated. I was so relieved. Overall, took about ten minutes to replace and I didn't have to pay to replace the barbell after all! He said to continue the seal salt soak and everything should be okay. My tragus piercing now doesn't hurt or get engulfed by my ear! Great, great, GREAT work and customer service by everyone I encountered. Read Less

Went back for my 10g septum stretch piercing from a 14g. The young girl piercer was super sweet (& in training). She was very careful and thorough. Mike the Tat guy helped her along and was super cool. Will go back to see him about a tat. I recommend them for piercings. They do good!! Read Less
