Had a apt scedualed with a guy named paco here. He decided not to show up. When I called him about it he acted as if he didn't just waist my time and asked if I still wanted the tat. I replied that I didn't know since by no showing with no call it looked pretty unprofessional then instead of a apology he laughed and hung up on me. I went yesterday for Friday the 13th deal. I got a skull on the back of my neck. My artist was don. Super cool guy. I had never been here before. Found out about it on Facebook when I was searching for Friday the 13th deals. I've always wanted to get a tattoo on that day. Seems as if everyone else did too. They were super busy! Which is understandable. We put our names on a list. Took about 4 hours to finally get tattooed which again because of the day I understand. So about 1030 we finally got them! We were really pleased with the quality and how they didn't rush even know they were really busy. I felt bad for them with all the tattoo's they were doing their hands must of hurt. LUCKILY THERE WAS A BAR NEXT STORE. so killing 4 hours wasn't to hard. All in all it was a great experience and I'm craving another tattoo already! Read Less

Brian Deroo is not only an amazing artist, but a guy who understands that he is in a customer service industry. His work ethic is impeccable and he strives to make his customers happy. His prices are reasonable and worth every frickin penny.The shop is clean and clearly maintained based on the highest required standards. Brian is reachable via text and Facebook Messenger. He has consistently been available to answer any questions I have had, both before and after having work done.During my sessions he has always made sure I am comfortable. He asked often if I needed breaks and I felt he really cares about what kind of experience he is providing.The piece he recently did for me was something that required some freehand work as it was wrapped around my forearm. When I came for my first session he had some of the piece drawn out. (Which, by the way, was done simply off of my very non-artistic verbal explanation.) The sections that he drew as we went along were excellent. He definitely has the eye of an artist. Ink isn't just slapped down randomly; he understands the importance of juxtaposition. He sees the bigger picture. He was able to bring my idea to life in a way that I was barely even able to fully explain myself.I would NOT hestitate to recommend Brian to anyone. My only recommendation is to treat him right! Don't make an appointment and blow him off. That might be how it works in other shops, but someone of Brian's caliber deserves better- because he IS better. This shop is fairly new but the two artists that are there at the moment cody and Brian are awesome dudes and extremely talented artists. Cody is my go to for tattoos. The shop has a very chill vibe which is comforting when getting some work done I've been to some shops that feel pretty sketch this place is by far the best tattoo experience I've had and will continue to come here to get my artwork.
