I would leave zero Stars but the platform does not allow that. The leafy green that owns the tattoo parlor is a pompous arrogant ass. As with most folks having a tattoo done the tattoo and has meaning for us. I gave him two designs that I liked he did something that was completely different than what I asked for. But I thought okay well artistic license and all so I went with it. He showed up late for our scheduled appointment. He offended me then he insulted us and then to make matters worse he had quoted me $400 per hand but charged me $600 per hand. Because again he knew he had offended me he knew he had insulted me and he wanted to make sure he got a tip. I liken the leafy green to one of those really hot chicks that you look at and say yeah this is a 9 1/2 or a 10. Then you get to talk to her and get to know her and realize that their personality makes them a 3. My advice don't bother there are plenty of good tattoo artists out there that aren't going to offend you insult you and then overcharge you because they think they're all that and a bag of chips. I've already told the people that recommended him what he had done I doubt that they will recommend him again. Every other tattoo artists I've talked to about the way I was treated by the leafy green has apologized saying that was wrong he should have never done things like that. I've always been intimidated by tattoo shops since I'm not covered in ink. Some make you feel like an outsider but Classic is different. Everyone is super friendly and happy to answer any questions. Super clean too which is a plus! I like the diversity with the artists and that they each have their unique style. I had no idea what I wanted and Kayle the owner walked me through different options. He specializes in traditional Japanese and uses color beautifully! He has done several sketches for me and is willing to tweak anything or make changes. I LOVE that he doesn't just make a copy from a book or an image online. He takes an idea and makes it his own. He is a REAL artist and I am so happy that I will have an original design. I went in to see Anthony for a tattoo, I knew I wanted a traditional rose and knew he was the man for it. He showed me his flash sheets and even allowed me to make a few changes easy peasy. Love the shop. Artists were nice and Very talented. My Family and Friends have been there, this was my first visit. I was very impressed and it my first time ever doing a walk in tattoo. The shop is clean, atmosphere is upbeat and positive. I got some work done about a month ago. The artist pressed down on my wrist so hard I was in agony. By the time it healed, it was clear the artist didn't care one bit about how the work turned out. He left my tattoo unfinished, bleeding edges, patches of color missing, and (worst of all) scarring. Horrible service. $100 for a 3 inch tattoo that was traced in black and colored the wrong color and dug out like a German Shepard attacked me. I have Uterine cancer.  I wanted a peach ribbon to represent my winning battle over this disease. I got it on Friday the 13th and its now the 27th and still embarrassing..... I hide it. After months of figuring what I was going to cover up my ugly tattoo with, I then contacted Anthony via email and he kept in touch which I loved! I would strongly advise avoiding this place. Horrible customer service by artist Shawn. That is if you can call him an artist? He did a tattoo for my wife and made a mistake. He forgot to dot the "i" on my wife's tattoo . He was very rude and wanted a deposit just so she could return and have the "i" dotted. In addition to his poor customer service, his poor tattoo skills, his rude mouth and, fowl language he used with my wife, lost this establishment a customer. Its hard to go to a shop an not feel intimidated because most dudes who work in tattoo shops think they are better than everyone and they have shitty attitudes. This place is no different. Went in with a friend and the dude stepped out and said he'd be back in 5 minutes we sat there for 20 minutes, another dude there wasnt doing shit so we just left. I stopped by this place to get my nose pierced and ended up getting two piercings due to such great service. I was very impressed with the piercer here, her name is KAYLA. She was extremely hygienic. She had everything well sanitized and is very professional. I have been getting pierced for years and never has any piercer taken all the steps she did to make sure that everything was clean and germ free. Had the itch to get a new tattoo since it had been a long time since my last. I had been here before so decided to stop by since I saw they were open till midnight. I went in thinking maybe it would be to late for a walk-in and I'd have to come back tomorrow or something. Anyway, I was greeted immediately and after telling them what I wanted I was told they could get me in tonight! I only had like a 15min wait while the artist finished tattooing a previous customer then Shannon came out and talked about what I wanted, went and set up, and got down to business. She was very professional and paid attention to detail all while providing some great conversation throughout. Kayla is a great piercer. She offers package deals. Ex: for a tragus and 3 cartilage piercings, she'd charge about 130ish. Which I think is pretty dang litGot a tragus piercing done for 40 bucks. really nice, really fast. She'll even put a longer barbell in to give room for swelling. Now, I live in a world of reviews--I'm a writer and avid reader. I notice all the people, except one, who claim they got bad tats, don't have pictures. So I'm not sure if anyone should base their decision on going on any of the negative reviews. I was a walk in on a Sunday, I got the okay to come back a few hours later, and gave a deposit and did so. When I got back I gave Zach my idea and he already did a sketch and it was WAYYYYY better than my idea! He was funny, efficient, clean, and got my tattoo done in about an hour. It was the day before Christmas Eve and I had my heart set on getting a tattoo before all the holiday shenanigans distracted me. I went to several different shops in upland only to find that 1. The artists were all booked for the day 2. They were closed. Finally, I called Classic Tattoo to see if they would be able to take me in. The guy answers and says, "For a tattoo? Yeah." Five minutes later I walk in and I explain to my artist, David Alexander, what I wanted. He was a pretty chill guy and just nodded and told me we could work with that. He had me fill out paper work while he sanitized and prepped the work area. That took about 10 min. He called me in and then started sketching out the traditional roses I wanted on my wrist. After, he told me to check it out and see how it looked. For the most part I liked it, but I asked if he could add more leaves. David said he could but he suggested that it may be doing too much. I took his word. He also suggested some cool color schemes that I really liked. About an hour later, TADAAAA! The final product. It's beautiful!As it was my first design tattoo, I was pretty nervous about the whole process but David definitely lifted that pressure off my shoulders. He was easy going and nice to talk to while also being an amazing and experienced artist. If I ever end up wanting another tattoo, David will be the first I go to. Read Less

I have alot to say about Kayle..... (Shop owner) witch you figure would take care of the shop a bit better. Hes a horrible business man. He first looked at a (idea) of what I wanted he took my deposit and we made the appointment. I wanted him to email me a copy of the work so I can see it before I drive 1 hour to his shop, he didn't send it and I show up for our appointment anyway. He had what was completely different work then what we had talked about, it almost seemed like he forgot what we talked about and drew whatever he wanted, so anyway I tell him no thats not it and we reschedule. He cancelled my appt. We reschedule I had been calling for 3 days before my 3rd appt. to see if he can email me the work, I leave messages but of course I don't EVER get a call back. The day of the appt. I FINALLY get a hold of him and I tell him to email me the work or I cant go all the way out there, He finally does because im guessing he needs money. I get my first session in, His work is very nice no complains over his work at ALL.Second and final session, I call because im going to be late and he said "its ok just get here" no bad attitude or nothing.I show up and he LOOKS a bit on the upset side he gets set up and right as were going to start he looks at me and said "your late!" DUH I called him to tell him I was going to be late! We finish and it looks great! when we first talked he told me the size and color and detail it wouldn't exceed a certain amount and guess what it did by $250.00 its not about the money well yea who am I kidding but when I showed up the 1st time when he drew what ever the hell he wanted he told me "I'll make it up to you, I'll charge you cheaper" His mistake so he should of fixed it. I paid him and I will NEVER NEVER EVER go back! Bottom line I gave him my patience and still couldn't take care of me.
