When to fix a tattoo my brother did , a small cross the lines was not straght,and the color didn't stay.The guy i meet in the shop was bald, he could try and fix it.so he began. I wanted to let my local friends know about "Trust Tattoo" and it's owner...I had some work done this past Sunday- the owner set up the appt. last week, btw. He was done with my tattoo within 45 minutes and charged me $80. My first "instinct" was to go look at it in their mirror(most places ask you to do so to make sure everything is ok and to your specifications). He took a pic and showed it to me...my mistake! I even gave him a $20.00 tip. He verbally gave me "after-care" instructions for my tattoo...I have other tattoos so I knew exactly what to purchase. I even told him that I would be a "return customer"! When I got home after a few hours I took off the plastic and was appalled at what I saw- it's suppose to be a black rose with grey shading...it looks more like a lotus flower...people that don't even have tattoos crinkled their noses at the pic of my tattoo. Yes- I messaged the owner with my complaint and concerns...I even apologized for complaining to him...he has since "blocked" me from FB and hasn't returned my phone calls about his crappy work- so I went to Accent Tattoo & Body Piercing in Ukiah- they apologized on "behalf" of the owner of "Trust Tattoo", and they will be getting my business now! Mark touched up 2 of my tattoos I got on my 18th bday 11 years ago and they look WAY better than the originals. I got them done originally on the Venice Beach board walk for fun and well... needles to say, they weren't very impressive. But Mark brought them back to life and did the shading on the flowers behind my right ear flawlessly!!! They're so beautiful now I can't stop looking at them! I went there to get a four word quote tattooed on my shoulder. It took half an hour including drawing, stencil, and the tattoo itself! I was charged $80 for half an hour and he was very rude. I asked for thicker letters and he said no and argued with me. Mark did my tattoo. Let's just say I'll never go back there. The tattoo is well done and he's quick but horrible customer service! I've known mark a long time and have been waiting quite a few years to get another tattoo from him. And in true Mark fashion he delivered ,I got my full dose of Mark Phillips King of the a holes and I wouldn't of had it any other way. From beginning to end Mark did not disappoint. I flew all the way from Oahu Hawaii to have him do my dream catcher tattoo, why so far you might be asking? Why ? well I will tell you why, because Mark Is the goddamn man at doing dream catchers, he's so good I'm pretty sure he's gonna make it his signature tattoo ..
