Just began using my first order from Inkfarm for my HP printer. So far so good and my first print outs were perfect. The customer service has been very good as well. Been ordering from Ink Farm for years, never a problem. For those that had leakage issues, open the cartridge upside down and test over the package by slowly turning it to see if it spills. Any cartridge, OE or not can leak. Read Less

Their customer service is top-notch as well - they let me return cartridges I had ordered for an old printer when I had to replace with a new one with no hassle. Absolute rip off. I received ink and after opening the ink went everywhere, all over my carpet, on my desk which is now permanently stained. The inks have flooded the ports on my printer rendering my photo printer useless. Despite calling and asking for help all I was told was that we are opening a damaged printer report and to send photos. Which I did. Then I waited and I waited. Finally I chose to wait no longer and called. Again Making a report. Still nothing. I am livid. I would have been happy with just the price of the ink refunded but now, I want my printer repaired and the inks refunded. NEVER AGAIN. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF Read Less

I love Marcos. He did a huge back coverup for one of my closest friends as well as her 3/4 sleeve. When I finally decided to work on my 1/2 sleeve I went by the shop to check out his other work & show him what I was looking for. I love that he's honest with you about what you want & what will look best. I spent 6 months working on my arm with a beautiful result (even though it's not his normal American traditional style). Once my other half committed to his full sleeve he told me he only wanted Marcos to do it. I'm able to get gift certificates for him rather than presents so he can get it finished. The shop is clean, quiet & comfortable. He's always great with walk-ins & tries to be accommodating while not neglecting his current appointment. He is usually booked a few weeks out so don't expect to get an impulse tattoo. I feel like Marcos is part of our family, I've seen him almost once a month for a year and a half between our two pieces. I have a few more I want done, so he's not getting rid of us yet. Read Less

I am very pleased with my foot tattoo that Marcos gave me 5 months ago. I got my very first flower tattoo on the back of my shoulder done at a different shop in Tustin. I was very happy with how it came out and how little the pain was, but I decided to get my second flower tattoo done at Ink Farm. I found Marcos's work when I was searching through many artists portfolios to look at the different style of roses I could have done. I was going to have my first artist do my second tattoo, but as soon as I found a similar rose Marcos had done, I fell in love. I emailed him 3 different pictures and I was very picky telling him what I liked from each photo because I wanted it all mashed into one. He did not complain or be rude in any way, he just told me he was going to work on it & that's exactly what he did. When I went into the shop, I was amazed with how clean it was. He sat me down & started to outline the tattoo. The pain hit me hard from the start but Marcos kept me calm while he focused on making my rose exactly the way I want it. I've been meaning to give Ink Farm my review. I have gotten two tattoos by Marcos. My first one from him was back when his location was in Garden Grove. He was the one who initially greeted me.  I saw his work and decided to get an Anubis piece from him. The second tattoo was a crescent moon with a phrase next to it. He did an great job both times. He checked on me to see if I was doing ok while he did my tattoo as well. He gave me detailed instructions on how to take care of my tattoo and gave me some antibacterial ointment/cream to take home to use for the first few days. Today on a whim I called to ask about pricing, Marcos answered the phone and explained he was pretty book for the day but to come on down so even with a full day of appointment he was able to fit me in. If you're new or wanting more tattoos, this is the place to go. They never disappoint. I've have my left arm and back done here, and I'm really happy with it. Whatever I requested, they got it done. All they really asked for was a picture or if you're good at describing. They'll get it done. The price is fair, and the vibe is great. The location isn't bad either, they have a smoke job next door, and a 7-11 across the street. Though parking may be an issue, I highly recommend this place. After being rejected by many tattoo places in Orange and platinum ink in Tustin (after we were quoted a price on the phone and then saying something completely different in store) we called this shop. They weren't doing Friday the 13th deals, but willing to work with our (my friend and mine) custom tattoos. Marcos really made a great impression on us. Purchase the ink set for epson wf-2540, replaced the black, produced streaks, smeared lines. Purchased real epson ink, now black does not print at all. Don't buy this crap, it will ruin your printer. Now I'm stuck with unopened useless ink and a destroyed printer. Thanks alot! Read Less
