Ok so let me start by saying Jay Hugg is the absolute shit! I left for my deployment today and last minute on of my best friends and I finally made a decision on a tattoo we wanted. I reached out to Jay through Yelp asking if he could squeeze me in this morning around 7 he immediately called me and told me to come in at 8! Talk about customer service. This guy was truly amazing I sent him over what we wanted (a very simple script tattoo). We got there at 8 he was already there had both drawn up in two scripts and we choose the one we liked best. Tattoos took less than 30 minutes each we were in and out before 9am. I honk I'm gonna come back for more line work by him I have another small script tattoo I want and I cannot wait to give him more business! Came in for a cover up today. It's looking great! The shop has a friendly happy atmosphere. The shops is clean and organized. Love the artwork on the wall each time I come it I see something new. Getting my first tattoo at colorful addictions was a great experience. Contacted Jay by their website and set an appointment for the same evening. I let them know right off the bat that I was a newbie to the whole thing and I never once felt judged. When I arrived at the shop, Zack was the one that greeted me and got everything started. Finished up my sketch in no time, exactly how I wanted it. Though I was pretty nervous, Zack and the whole staff really kept things light and we were joking around the whole time. Zack did a phenomenal job even though it was basic and he probably could have done it with his eyes closed. He took his time and made it look perfect. They all went above and beyond to make myself and my wife felt comfortable and had an overall great experience! I never leave reviews for anything, but I felt this experience needed a shoutout. Defenitly the best place to go for ink. The shop enviroment is very proffesional and you can tell the artists here take pride in their work. The owner Jesse is a very skilled artist and he has done 5 tats for me that all came out perfect!
