OMG. I am ALWAYS so pleased after leaving blue moon tattoo/piercing spot. I was ESPECIALLY ecstatic because I was lucky enough to get Kiki as my piercer and she was extremely lovely, very engaging and I never would have thought she was an apprentice. So professional and so very understanding when I wanted a little tweaking with the placement. She also was very patient with all the energy I had due to way too much coffee during the day lol. I came in to get my daith pierced because I found out it can help with migraines. I went in without an appointment and within about 10 minutes Kiki was ready to pierce me. I'm not big on piercings and I was very nervous to get this done, but since it was my last option before going on daily medication for my migraines I was willing to do it. She was very professional and I liked that she took extra care to make sure everything was very clean and sterilized. She took her time with cleaning my ear and setting up the placement for my piercing (which I heard can make or break it working for migraine relief). She made sure I was happy with everything before she went further and then we were ready to go. The piercing was quick and so much more tolerable than I was anticipating (and I'm a wimp about needles). She was very calming during the process and made it as painless as possible. She was very good about explaining the aftercare as well. It's been a little over a month and I am very happy with my results! Not only has my piercing been painless after it was done and healing with no hiccups, but I have not had one migraine or even headache since. I just came in last week for a nose piercing for me and my daughter. Initially everything seemed cool they seemed to be using all sterilized stuff, but I told the piercer Kiki about my previous experience with a sinking nose piercing and asked if the nose stud should be bigger and she kept saying no it  doesn't matter. A day later I notice my daughter's piercing is sinking like mine was so we call up there and the girl that answered told us yes this is a common issue and it happened to her. So we go back in and pay for bigger studs and they charge us another $40.00 for something we could of just started with to begin with. I shouldn't of even tipped that girl she was not knowledgeable at all. If you do go here ask for another piercer she's lame and doesn't know shit. Read Less

Nice layout, they have a lot of stuff ranging from jewelry to smoking accessories. the staff were super chill and helpful. i came in for an upper lobe piercing and Zack pierced me. Pulled into the parking lot and was kinda nervous since I had my 2 year old son with me. I called in to make sure it was fine and they were totally okay with it. I walked in and right away was greeted. I let them know I was looking to get a triple helix piercing and everything was set up right away. Mikey was very calming and made it almost pain less. For the last 15 years I have suffered from excessive migraines - experiencing around 20 a month.  A friend came to Bluemoon to have her daith pierced and reported that it greatly decreased her migraines.  I decided I had nothing to lose, and would give it a try.  The tattoo artist who worked with me was very helpful - he explained what he would be doing and how to care for my piercing afterward.  The actual piercing hurt much less than I thought it would and the best part - my migraines immediately went way down in number to only 2 or 3 per month.  It's been 3 months and the migraines are still at 2 - 3 a month.  This has been life changing for me!  I haven't had any problems with infection, as I continue to use a spray to cleanse my piercing daily.  I would definitely recommend Bluemoon to anyone wanting a piercing. i go here for my vape stuff most of the time..they dont have a hell of a selection of e juice but what i do like is that the e juice is already steeped most of the time so u can just crack it and go.. staff are pretty coo as well always helpful..they also have a gang of bongs pipes and dab rigs. only thing i dont like about this place is that all sales are final. I went in looking to get a small black tattoo and they quoted it at $120! Their minimum price is $100 which is outrageous compared to other locations in the surrounding area. When I left I called around in the area and the average price they were quoting me was $50 for the exact same tattoo. Also, the guy who was helping me was visibly stoned and I obviously would not have let him get near me with a tattoo gun....very unprofessional and not willing to work with me at all. Read Less

***DO NOT GO HERE!!!!****BEWARE****Took my niece here for a piercing yesterday. The lady who's little boy of about 3-4 years old- runs wild around this place. Wild! She was so incredibly rude. She is in some serious need of an attitude adjustment. She must be related somehow to the owner. Must be!! When I say rude, this woman was disgustingly rude. She had the nerve to say, "you can add a tip and then before giving me my money for my change- she said, "you gonna leave the rest for a tip?".  Omg! She was the main reason I wasn't going to leave a tip! She said, "pull your pants up or I'm gonna whoop your a**" to her son. She was totally annoyed by having to help us and I hope she gets reprimanded from what must be constant complaints on her. How is this place even in business with that kind of horrendous customer service? I honestly wish I could get that tip back! A tip that I was practically forced to leave. I was just in so much shock!! Almost embarrassed in front of the people I was with. In another situation, absolutely! I'm a generous tipper! The party I was with, as soon as we hit out the door- they were like, "wow! That was insane!" Whoever the owner is here- please PLEASE do something with this woman! Also, get toddlers out of your shop! What kind of professionalism is that? Especially since she was literally, screaming and yelling and threatening to whoop him the whole time! Just WOW!
