Went here to get second lob piercings a while back. They shop was clean, the people were nice, prices were fair and the piercing was well placed. However, the jewelry that was used on my piercing did not allow space for swelling. When one of my piercings got infected, it was so swollen that my ear surrounded the jewelry and had to be ripped out. I do recommend this shop, but take caution when looking at the jewelry being used. Read Less

She was flying in from Texas and I was driving in from Hemet ( somewhere far far away not to far from Palm Springs lol) ( we were having a family get together in Newbury Park) I called to make our appointment and I spoke with Nick and I explained everything to him. He gave me his number so I can send him the picture so he can have it ready for us. We showed up for our appointment and he was ready and on point with our artwork. I just want to say a huge thank you to Glenn West for my beautiful tattoo. He has gone above and beyond to design a perfect piece that represents my own craft of hairstyling. As I am a color specialist, I really wanted to portray that in my tattoo. Glenn created a color brush and blow dryer for me and made the brush come to life with actual water color behind it. He spent time putting little details into my tattoo and previewed it to me on his iPad which was very cool seeing it on their instead of a last minute only stencil on my arm. I sometimes find it hard to see what's actually going on in a black and white stencil vs. an actual visual.  He is an amazing artist and pays attention to detail.  He was also able to bring together my other tattoos and blend it all into a fluent masterpiece that is still feminine and beautiful. I'm so grateful I was referred to him. As the owner of the shop, he made my experience a great one. Great conversations from him and his coworkers. One last thing that truly made my experience a great one is the shop is family oriented, and friendly, plus he came in on his day off to make sure he could fit me in since I am visiting home for the holidays. My wife just had her 'gateway tat' completed by Devon.  She had a great deal of uncertainty and a bit of anxiety concerning her tat and the process. Devon did an excellent job of explaining the process and worked closely with her with a design that made her 100% satisfied. My wife already planning her next tat. The crew at the shop was open and welcoming. Everyone took a genuine interest in learning about us  and our interests.  The shop is very clean, well lit, and organized. Absolutely amazing experience for my first tattoo. Bruno was fantastic.He got back to me in about 20 minutes and made my appointment for 2 days later. He gave me his input, made some minor changes I asked him to regarding my art and we were off. From start to finish it took less than an hour for a piece on my inner arm. He made me feel very comfortable, did very clean line work, shading was fantastic, and felt little pain in a spot that most people told me was "really bad". Went in with my best friend for her birthday so she could get her first tattoo. The staff was super funny and helpful after being to a couple tattoo parlors I would have to say this one was the most inviting. For her first tattoo she got a rose on her ribs and Willy (her artist) warned her it's tender but she still went for it he turned up the music for her and kept a conversation going for her to be distracted which I very much appreciated. Friday the 13th I got a Rick tattoo from Rick and Morty. It was cheap and they were doing literally hundreds of tattoos but Glenn took his time and gave me a tattoo I'm WAY stoked on. Came as a tagalong a friend for a piercing. Palace art is located in a strip mall on TO blvd with the parking lot behind it. Interior is well decorated and spacious. However, they don't have separate compartments / rooms for tattoos - you are on a bed by the front in full view of other clients getting tattoos and also everyone who walks in. It doesn't bother everyone, but something to note if you really value privacy. They have some rooms in the back.The process went smoothly. Cost for a single piercing was $50 including jewelry which is pretty reasonable. The artist made us feel pretty comfortable and took all the usual precautions with sanitation. However, did think the after care instructions were pretty sparse. We had to ask for a care sheet. Read Less

Super upset I called to set up a time to get a tattoo and they told me to just come In so I did. I came in and looked in there book then I talked to a guy told him what I wanted. then no one had time for me that day so they took my number and I told them what I wanted and they said that they would call me it has been over 7 day and still haven't heard anything from anyone to get my tattoo all I wanted was some words put on me I guess I'm a waste of there time super sad!! Went in looking for longer barbells for my nipples, as a different shop set me up with ones that were way too small. Called ahead and even with it being close to closing time, the man who answered the phone was awesome. I didn't catch his name but he was a younger gentleman, upon arriving and even being minutes from closing they hooked me up and even put in a new set of barbells to help with the healing that was causing me some serious problems. HOLY PALACES OF TATTOOS. Palace Art i,s to say the least, THE MOST incredible tattoo shop I have ever been to. The receptionists were extremely kind and so extremely fun and welcoming.I called in for a consultation because I wanted to add onto my current tattoo. Devon responded in less than 30 minutes and asked me to come by today to see what he could do. He then went straight ahead by giving me ideas of how I can cover up areas of my current ink and make it look as blended in naturally as possible. Overall, Devon made the experience SO amazing and delightful. Bruno was great. My sweet daughter passed away and her daughters, brothers, nephew and myself wanted a starfish tattoo like the one my daughter had on her foot. I went in to get an existing butterfly tattoo redone and to add a new butterfly. Glen asked me to find some pictures of what looked good to me.
