Shay is amazing!! Got my forward helix done during one of her Friday the 13th specials.... literally waited hours and hours.... but it was definitely worth the wait. She's super friendly, the shop it spotless, and it was definitely one of the best piercing experiences I've had. I love that the jewelry is included too. She offered a gem or simple non-jeweled stud. Which I loved because sometimes picking the jewelry takes the longest and definitely adds to the price at other places. I had Brian Dell do my tattoo coverup on my foot back in 2016. Let me tell you, he did a legit job! He knows his stuff and I had some really interesting conversations with him while he was tattooing which helped me stay distracted. He's a good guy, talented tattoo artist, and has good prices. Every time I see a new realism tattoo he's done it makes me itch for another tattoo. I really wanted to like my piercing experience here, however, I was not happy in the end. A friend and I went together to get ear piercings by Shay. I usually go to a piercing shop in San Diego but I chose a local spot instead. I got my lobes pierced for the first time and my friend got extra lobe piercings. The actual experience of getting the piercings was cool. We were in a private room in the back. But the healing process was not good. My friend and I both got the gold studs and we BOTH had issues with the jewelry being too tight! 😐 I went back a few weeks later and got my jewelry looked at. She said it was fine but six weeks later my piercings were still not healing. My friend had to takes hers out completely and I had to go out and buy new jewelry. After another six weeks my ears have now healed up fine. I thought I'd get a good service for $60 but I'm not happy with it. Most reasonable, professional tattoo shop in Temecula! Jorge is amazing and was fun to talk to while I was being tattooed! I am absolutely in love with my tattoo as it is now completely healed. A couple of months ago I also got my nipples pierced by Shay and they are now almost healed and I have had no problems with the healing process! All my prior piercings have been close to infection but I have not experienced that with the way Shay pierced and the way she advises you to care for your piercing! Shay removed a facial dermal piercing I've had for a few years now. She was super sweet, which is a rarity in this field sometimes. I have had many experiences with tattoo shops and piercers... this place is by far one of the best. Very clean, professional and friendly! I had my septum pierced last year at a different place and felt really uncomfortable in there. The whole thing was a turn off and my jewelry was huge and I ended up taking it out.... I started searching for another piercer and shop....I found Shay on IG and decided to message her about piercing questions. I never even said I was getting a piercing right away and she messaged me back really fast, answered my questions and was super sweet. Went to 4 tattoo shops in one day in hopes to set an appt with someone in the near future. Not going to go deep into the bashing but they all sucked and lacked customer service. Took one last swing at it and went to dedicated tattoos (where I should've went from the beginning). Spoke with Jorge Higuera who was extremely helpful!!! Got me exactly what I wanted which was a little bit of color and mostly black and gray!! Talked to me about what I wanted and got it done after one guy told me I shouldn't put things on my arm that I wanted because it didn't make sense. Well I guess it made sense to Jorge. After looking through a book of his work and his instagram (@staceywalker_tattoo), we were blown away by how talented he is! His work should be in art galleries! He was professional, courteous and honest about how our expectations matched reality and offered recommendations on design tweaks to get tattoos that looked great now and stayed looking great in the future. I just recently had my first tattoo here done by Gina. Like anyone else, I was very nervous and wanted to make sure the tattoo was done perfectly. After speaking to Gina for the first time and asking for advice on the design, she seemed like someone who was very down to earth and knew what she was doing. I took a chance and chose her, and it was the best decision ever! My tattoo is identical to my design, which was surprising because the design had lots of sharp, thin lines. But Gina exceeded my expectations, and I could not be happier with the result! I did a screw up and didn't eat beforehand so I started to feel a bit lightheaded about 2 hours into the tattoo. My bff and I both had tattoos done by Gina. It was my 3rd and my best friends first. Gina made us both super comfortable and from start to finish my best friends tat of "with pain comes strength" on her ribs took a whole 13 minutes!! Awesome for a first timers experience. She couldn't believe how painless the entire process was including the tattooing. I totally laughed while getting my tattoo which made Gina have to do a little touch up but you can't tell at all! Got some work done by Rosario Petralia (Instagram: heyyorizzo)! It's a neo-traditional tattoo of my kitten inside a teacup! She was amazing, super friendly, and was considerate when it came to deciding and discussing the artwork I wanted to get done. I did my tattoo through appointment, and I texted her (I found her number on her Instagram account), we communicated daily, she was considerate of what my price range was, sent me photos of what she had drawn out in case I wanted to add/make any changes, and I really liked that! I paid $200 (not including tip), and I thought it was worth it for the work that was done. Colors are still vibrant, and extremely bright!
