When i got my lips done in Ukraine, after healing, the lips were crooked. It was bothering me quite a bit. I went to the laser doctor in US (try to remove lower line), and they did a test spot. The result of this was ugly bright spot on my lips.A month later, I went to Assent Permanent Makeup Studio, and saw Dawn.Dawn did a small correction, adding color to the lather spot and leveled bottom line. If you are considering permanent make up, it's a big deal !! It's your face ! Don't make a mistake and go anywhere else ! We've all seen the look , the drawn on blue eyebrows. Well I've been coming to dawn for years. I started with my eyeliner it's lasted 10 years by the way. Then I did my eyebrows. She does a perfect color. She spends the time to look at your face and draws out your eyebrows so you can see what they will look like. Then she applies a numbing agent then uses a little "scaple" to make cuts in your eyebrow. Then ads color they look so natural you can go out on the town looking beautiful right after you leave !! Permanent make up is a big decision make the right choice go to dawn first. You'll end up there eventually as she will be correcting the mistakes your other permanent make up artist screwed up !!! Dawn is the best artist to go to for your permanent make up. Her studio has a good atmosphere. I had full face (Brows, top and bottom eyeliner and full lips). She's careful and makes sure you are comfortable. She asks you what you want, talks to you about color and makes suggestions.
