Awful customer service had a artist make an appointment with me then flake never texts me back. He was going to give me the tattoo for 140 which is a great price but his other coworkers had told me 240 if they did it so I told them no thanks I'm going to go with monster (his name) because he offered me a way lower price. As soon as monster realized it he offered so low he just stopped responding to me overall I reached out to him and others from port city & no response awful customer service try to get u in prices to

I got a tattoo today done by Monster (@monsterbobtattoos). I got a tattoo on my inner arm of sunflowers and a quote as the stem. Monster is a great artist and I would definitely recommend him, especially if you want a tattoo with color. Very inexpensive and definitely worth it. The three guys that work here are super chill and funny. If ever I want another tattoo, I would come back here!

It's been a few days since I got my tattoo at Port City Ink and I still can't get over how great the experience was. It's a legit tattoo parlor with cool decor and great artists. Betoe was my tattoo artist and so patient. I had lots of questions which he answered in a professional manner. He gave me breaks throughout the whole process and even gave me a sheet with aftercare instructions.
