I absolutely recommend going to california ink studio. Packo has been my tattoo artist during which I have received 3 tattoos from him which have included new pieces and cover-ups, packo is incredibly talented!! I literally get stopped on the road and am complimented on my ink regularly. Not only is he talented, but he is incredibly professional and a really great guy all around. He is constantly finding new and ingenious ways to modernize tattooing. get tattooed by packo and none of would ever consider going anywhere else. If you're looking for a truly talented and professional tattoo artist I wouldn't recommend turning anywhere other than tattoo artist of california ink studio. Will be back again to this shop!! This place is so amazing' i love the atmosphere They were all friendly & laid back. I had my cover up work done by packo jones he has smooth, very light hand. I could'nt ask for a more comfortalble. such a great guy & amazing artist. It turned out better that i could've imagined & i would definitely go back and have more work done from him. Went in on Friday the 13th to get ink done by Nikki & a nose piercing by Noni (sp?)the staff were amazing & friendly. I will definitely be back to get more ink done by Nikki, she is extremely talented & she didn't make the time awkward either (lol)  Overall this tattoo shop is worth checking out. Read Less

I was looking for a new tattoo artist .  Someone I could trust. I saw some work that Packo Jones had done and it was by far, the BEST line work I have EVER seen! I came in yesterday the day after I got my septum to get a new ball for the piercing because the old one fell out.Noni helped me put in the new septum piece and told me how to take care of it correctly and how to hide it correctly.NOW HERE'S THE PART WHERE THE SERVICE GETS GREATI called Noni again because she wasn't at the store, because my ball fell out yet again :( She was more than happy to call the shop herself and tell the workers to hook me up with a new ball, in which I got replaced within 30 minutes of losing it! My artist is K. Badillo & I can say that she is awesome & a great artist.... She was highly recommended from a friend. She does great work, pays a lot of attention to what u asking for. She has done a big piece on my tummy to cover my scars & she's working on my mermaid on my thigh which is almost done. She was very patient with me since the tummy one was a painful spot for me ... Her prices r reasonable & can pay with ur card too. Who carries cash these days lol... I really don't know the other artists but they r very nice & from what I saw they have a steady happy clientele. I've seen nothing but great work come out of this shop. The floor has always been clean, the shop tidy and the people always friendly. The environment is what keeps me coming back, movies on the televisions, cool tunes on the radio and more snacks available than someone waiting for a long tattoo session could ever ask for. The tattoo work coming out of this shop ranges from color, realism, color realism, traditional and black and gray. I came in to get my ring finger tattooed as well as my husbands. Everyone at the shop said hello and seemed involved in their own work, I came to personally get tattooed by Karina Badillo and not only were we comfortable the entire time but the California ink was stocked with snacks and drinks at either side of the shop ( vending machines ) my personal experience was nothing but great I know both me and my husband will be returning to this shop to get more work done. Fuck this place was ripped off by Osvaldo maldonado  Or BATEZ tattoos for nearly 300$ and left with a half ass tattoo he blocked me on instagram and FB and took my money and wasn't going to finish my tattoo even though it was paid for and I can see on his social media pages that he's tattooing other people instead of me (hence why he blocked me) he is shady as fuck and knew I was a single mother just trying to get a cover up fixed so I can move on with my life instead he stole from me and gave me the run around I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM OR THIS SHOP I HAVE THE TEXTS AND PICTURES IN NY PHONE TO PROVE THIS IS A SHADY ASS PLACE WITH FUCKED UP TATTOO ARTIST FUCK YOU BATEZ FOR STEALING FROM ME AND FAMILY Read Less
