I have gone here for my last two tattoos, and it was a fantastic expereince both times! The artist really listened to what I wanted and worked with me to make it perfect, and was willing to adjust the sketch as many times as needed. I got a half sleeve done by Franny and she was awesome!!! Not only is her art incredible, but she was just the right amount of sociable and quiet (which is nice for an introvert like myself). The owner mo did an amazing job on my tattoo. I came in with an idea and he personalized it to his style so it wasn't a replica of a Pinterest idea. He fit my appointment in quickly. Clifton Carter finally moved to town and im stoked. We have been working on a big piece and every step of the way he has been thurough, inspired and professional. The consult was sweet and my tattoo was hand drawn to match my body perfectly. Each session has been like old friends getting together. When hes working he is so focused that we make great progress. My mermaid woman is coming along and she is so gorgeous. I get compliments regularly about the design and line work and I cant wait to start on the color with Clifton next week. I recommend him. So....Long story here but the most important part of it will be that Rob and Clifton are the very best at what they do!  My out of town sister and I had an appointment booked at another tattoo shop but it was clear the customer service was lacking and the artist I had booked really wasn't into the concept I had submitted, so we knew we had to find a new shop.  Out shopping, my sister ran into a girl with an amazing tattoo and after talking, she recommended Rob at Anchor Rose Tattoo.  We immediately called and they were so accommodating, getting us in with a few days notice.  We forwarded our concept and Rob worked it up and was honest in saying it wasn't going to work out.  Luckily we had come up with a different concept.  He sat right down and worked up the design and we were SO happy with what he came up with!  It was exactly what my sister and I had in mind.  He was straight forward about what he thought the size should be, considering the long term appearance it would have.  Rob did the work for my sister-who is experienced in getting tattoos- and I had the wonderfully, amazing Clifton!  This was MY first tattoo and he was conscientious and kind in his approach.  I wasn't nervous at all as his personality was one of the best and he put me at ease.I so recommend Anchor Rose.  In my opinion, it's so vital that the customer service is viewed as an important aspect to this type of experience and these guys have it down!  Friendly, outgoing and calming all in one nice package!  Then you have the amazing talent and wow, you just can't go wrong here.  I'd give them ten stars if I could!Thank you Clifton and Rob for making this a great experience and giving me something I'm so proud of! I have been to a lot of Tatoo shops looking for the right one for my next work. When I went to anchor rose, I immediately felt comfortable. I know most times I've gone to a shop most artist seem to not care of just want the money. I met max and the crew at anchor rose and new it was a great place. Price Wes great and work excelled past my expectations. I wanted to get a rose on my elbow which I know is a difficult and painful task. Max was awesome! I'm a client of Tyler and was one of his first customers at his new location, Anchor Rose. I love the location and the decor. The space is open and friendly and I think that translates to the artists as well. First off, Tyler is one of the nicest and most honest artists I've met both as the client and while watching him consult with people while I'm in the shop. I travel from LA to see him not only because he's supremely talented but because I enjoy his company as well. I cam...e to him after seeing his work on Instagram (@littledirtyeagle) wanting a VERY colorful floral sleeve and he is delivering. He's always making sure I'm comfy. Mo has also been in the shop both times I've been there and he's just as welcoming and pleasant to have around while getting poked repeatedly. I've never felt out of place or uncomfy there. I haven't met anyone else but Emily's black and grey work looks amazing and I'm sure if she fits in with those too she's okay by me.
