Chloe has been in this business for more than 15 years and she attends conventions on the latest cosmetic procedures to stay in the business.Her assistant placed a numbing cream on my eyebrows and offered tea and water while I waited for 15 minutes for her to finish up with the last customer. When she saw me, I told her I wanted "natural" eyebrows and no arch. In less than 2-3 minutes she was making drawings and told me exactly what she was doing -- this eye is closer to your nose and this eyebrow is higher than the other one. If you want crooked , unbalanced, faded (light) micro bladed eyebrows look no further come here ! Got my eyebrows done here and was expecting fantastic great results . But ended up disappointed. Was expecting her to measure and use the string to get even perfect measurements but she just draws them on by free hand . So your not guaranteed balanced , even eyebrows. They ended up fading drastically, so you still have to use pencil , etc to fill them in .  Keep in mind I just got them done about 5 months ago and you can barely see them. Super disappointed and I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends . She also seems super rushed and doesn't take time to explain the process while she is doing microblading or healing process after . Employees come in during your visit and chat, ask questions with her and then she gets rushed so I think part of that is the problem . After a lot of research and thinking, I decided to go for eyebrown microblading. All these marketing photos looked great, and I wanted to look polished while saving precious time, as anyone else would. I am highly against any permanent cosmetic procedures, so this was a huge decision on my part. Before I go onto describing why a 2-star review, I will start off by saying that after a few months of having it done, getting used to it and giving it a time to settle in, I really regret doing it and wish there was an accessible way to reverse it. My biggest reason for a subpar review is the fact that I did not like how the new brow shapes do not compliment my face. I appear to have a longer face and slightly older after the blading. Part of the reason for this unfortunate result is due to the fact that I took very little part in deciding on the shape of my eyebrow. By reading many reviewers posts here, I understand and that most people trusted the instincts of Chloe and were satisfied with her decisions on these matter. And quite frankly, that is the reason why I chose Chloe over other shops. However, I think that she can give her customers more time to discuss the designs rather than "trust me" sort of attitude with slight intimidation. In my particular experience, without asking how I normally like to wear my eyebrows, she proceeded to draw my brows with a crayon, and when I questioned and displayed my uncertainty about the proposed shape and size of my brows, she assured me that was the way to go. It seemed like I was fitted in during their lunch time, so I felt that I was pressured to move on with the procedure quickly. Overall, if you isolated my eyebrows just by itself, they look good in a sense that they fit the trendy Korean celebrity style eyebrows (flat with no arch, wide). However, they totally do not compliment my face. I get that it is subjective, but had she given me more time to consult and agree with the shape prior to proceeding with the procedure, I would not be so disappointed. If you want to microblade your brows with Chloe, make sure you assert yourself, take ample amount of time consulting and agree on the shape of the eyebrows before moving onto the procedure itself. In my opinion, it is important to trust your esthetician when it comes to permanent procedures, but it is equally important, if not more, that you trust that you know your face best, and you need to let that be known to her. Please think twice before you do it. It is tattoo in my opinion. I have had them for around two years and it is still very dark and extremely hard to remove. I had eyebrows and eyeliners done by Chloe. People commented that I looked angry so I contacted Chloe to see if she can offer some tips on how to remove it. She almost refused to talk to me. She said talk to a doctor and she had no comment. I thought she being in the Industry for so long and done so many brows, she should at least tell me what kind of dyes she uses and offer me some tips on what kind of laser is most effective to remove them. She did not and responded in a unpleasant and somehow rude manner and was eager to end the conversation. So I went to see a dermatologist. She recommended to do a test spot on the brow. So I had the test spot on the end of a brow. The laser was unfortunately not effective, so I was left with a red tail on my eyebrow. Great , now I not only look angry but also funny with an eyebrow with a red tail. As to my eyeliners, as the name is semipermanent, it never occurred to me it won't fade completely. Now my eyeliner are faded a bit with a blueish color. Even doctors don't suggest to do laser around the eyes so I am basically stuck with them forever. Maybe as time goes by, it will get bluer. So think twice, it is basically tattoo just with a better name. Just spend a few minutes draw your brow and eyeliner. It is not worth the risk. Read Less

I thought microblading is to make your light and sparse eyebrows look perfect so you dont need to draw them every morning anymore. WRONG. At least not here.I first contacted them through yelp. They asked me if this is my first time. I said yes. So I figured they will let me know about EVERYTHING a first timer should now.The day of my appt : Chloe came in, she asked me do I want a high arch or regular arch? Uhm...this is my first time, how am I supposed to know? Also her assistant removed my drawn eyebrows before putting on the numbing cream. What would be helpful for them is to ask me if the ones I drew is what Im looking for and based it on that? Since what I drew on my eyebrows is based on my liking. Anyways, I showed her the pictures of eyebrows I want (PSA: all of the pics I showed her in all of my appts are from her yelp page). They all have arches, just like how I usually draw my eyebrows. She said it would be unnatural for me to have those arches bc I dont have a high arch. Im like um thats how I usually draw my eyebrows idk what you're talking about. She finally gave in cause I insisted.Again, reminder just like any shop owner, your clients come here and they pay you, so please do it based on what they like/requested. Unless your client ask you for your opinion WHICH I DIDNT so why can't you just do it according to your client's wish?Anyways, I liked what she did. She said if I want it to have higher arch, etc, I can let her know on my touch up appt.After 10 days my eyebrows look like my original eyebrows, sparse but a bit darker. No worries they told me touch up will make it look better. When I came in for touch up, she said its normal/supposed to turn out like that. Only 10% customers came back with nice results. It depends on your skin so now she goes on to blaming how bad my skin is - which she NEVER told me on my first appt. She proceeds to tell me that all the photos on yelp are their FIRST appointments thats why it looks so good. HELLO U NEVER TOLD ME ABT THIS EITHER. How come no one ever told me the 10% chance of having good results? They KNEW it was my first time microblading. Smh.She then proceeded to suggest me to get 4D since microblading has a more natural look at 4D is colored in. I remembered looking at something else somewhere similar to microblading and didnt like 4D since it looked so thick and dark. So I asked what does that look like she said "i just showed u!" Huh? The pics on my phone? She just said those are first time appt microblading! Idk why her answers are all over the place. Uhh ok then Ill just trust her. When laying on the bed, I asked her isnt touch up supposed to make it look better and she didnt answer my ques but told me if Im not satisfied then I can come back for touch up and pay a bit extra.We had language barrier - I have a hard time understanding her broken'ish English with Korean accent. She also was more impatient than my first appt. She was annoyed that i didnt understand her "2 months coming in" (seriously this is what she said verbatim) means so she called her assistant and explains with an exasperated tone to her (I can tell by watching a lot of korean dramas). Assistant proceeds to tell me that if I need to come in then I need to do it WITHIN 2 months. Thats what her "2 months coming in" means. How is one supposed to know?!Anyway I shut my mouth cause I dont want her to mess up my eyebrows. Now my eyebrows look like crayon being drawn on it. My rihjt has more shape than my right. My left ooks like an oval cut in half. No arch whatsoever. DUDE. ALL the pics and I really mean ALL the pics I showed her all have arches except for some ugly ones that I specifically said NOT LIKE THIS ONE (the ones that look like half oval). This time I really dont blame my bad skin, I blame it on her bad skills. Also PSA my skin isnt that bad. I have occasional pimples on my forehead bc it gets hot in my office but theyre not huge or bulging that has pus and blood. Just small ones. I will post a pic of my forehead. Most of the time I barely have any.Now I still need to draw my eyebrows in the morning otherwise it looks ridiculous. Filling in sparse spots and drawing more arch + elongate them.Being that microblading is so you dont need to draw your eyebrows anymore, this service deserves 0 stars. If they could've told me on my first appt that 1) you have bad skin and 2) your eyebrows will NOT have good results cause only 10% customers will have good results, then I would probably give them more credit.So people! Please DONT trust her small piece of paper saying touch up will make it better. NO. Touchup DOESNT make it better! Im a living proof. You should ask them about your skin and hold them to their word. I was incredibly disappointed by this place I went 12/27 to get eyelash extensions and right after I left my eyes were red/burning and from the 1st day I had eyelashes coming off. I thought it would go away after a couple of days but it didn't. I waited until 1/3/19 because of the holiday to call. When I called the said to take medicine for allergies like Benadryl or I could have them removed. When I asked about the cost their response was that there normally is a cost to remove them but since I had a reaction there wouldn't be one. So I basically sent $120+ for nothing. I've been going to Chloe for about 3 years now for eyebrow microblading and my biggest regret is that I didn't start going to her sooner! You can go to your appointment with pictures of how you'd like your brows to look like, or you can leave it up to Chloe to determine what shape would look best for your face. Based on the reviews and my friend who had gone to her the month before, I opted for the latter.First Chloe's assistant will apply a numbing cream to your brows for ~15 minutes before you head to Chloe. Chloe will then wipe off the cream, draw the outline of your brows and ask you if it's okay. Then she'll start doing her thing which won't hurt while the numbing is still in effect. She'll let you take a look at the brows after it's done and it'll look dark and dramatic, but as long as you follow all the healing instructions, you'll have awesome looking brows 10-14 days after. With my brows nicely placed on my face everyday now, I don't even worry about my make up and it's been amazing being able to go swimming, camping, etc and still have my brows on! Read Less

I am 45 years old, and I started getting my eyebrows tattooed when I was 25.  I have had them done probably every 2-3 years. That is A LOT of color.  Last year I had them removed 2 times with saline, so I came in with low expectations, but Chloe's reviews were so positive, I felt like I had come so far...I had to do something with the gray faded lines above my eyes.  I am 7 days in, and every time I look in the mirror, I am so scared they are going to go away.  I let Chloe design the shape and color of my brows, and I wouldn't change a thing.  She did a 4D microblading, and I have a touch up in 3 weeks. I tend to hold off on writing reviews for years because I want to see 1) if I comeback to the same place multiple times 2) If their service and what I liked in the first place stays consistent 3) if my loyalty does not change for a long time and consider myself as a loyal customer. I've been coming to Chloe's style for quite a while now. Very first service I got done was eyebrow tattoo which stayed on for a long time and Chloe's is a technician who deserves 10 stars. But due to me being chicken, I stopped getting the tattoo but kept coming back for the eyelash extensions. My initial experience on getting the lash extension wasn't good from somewhere else so held off on it but when I got it done with Sue, it totally changed my daily pattern. She is absolutely fabulous. My lashes stay on stubbornly for a long time, it looks good I don't need to spend half an hour in the morning putting eye make up on. I only request service from Sue. She some how puts magic booster and gives life back to my fallen, blank and sad looking eyelashes!!! I would definitely recommend people who are like me, likely skeptical and little chicken to try new things, to come and try yourself at Chloe's. They will transform you the way you want to look. Sue even followed up on how my lashes were doing after getting a heavy set done. Who does that these days? I truly felt valued and I am grateful they offer their professional service at such affordable price. If you compare the price, they are definitely on the reasonable side than others. Chloe is amazing!! I ended up getting my eyebrows microbladed with ombré shading. And it was well worth the investment. Her prices are definitely comparable (if not better) than others in the area.In my first session, I was out in about an hour, and my follow up took less than an hour. The numbing cream she uses was great, and I didn't feel anything (just felt some minor stinging but that was it). Chloe and staff were very professional in their services, and her studio was very clean and welcoming.Fast forward two months later - my brows are looking great and near perfect ever single day, arches are always on point lol and I no longer have to wake up early to fill in my brows (yes sleeping in an extra 15min makes a difference). I really hate that I have to write a negative review because everyone at Chloe's Style was so great and I have a number of friends who love it. However, I got lashes for the first time ever yesterday (a Saturday) and felt some poking from the lashes and a little bit of burning, which I attributed to dryness since I was wearing contacts, during the application. I thought this was all normal and was comfortable when they were done. I went home and a few hours later, noticed that my left eye was bloodshot in the bottom left corner. When I touched my eye, it was unbearably painful. It was already later in the day so I figured I would have to address it in the morning. It also didn't seem like an allergic reaction since the skin was not itchy or red. Chloe's Style is closed on Sundays so this morning I went to another lash salon to have them looked at and removed since my eye was still bloodshot and my lid was now tender at the lash line. Upon inspection of my lashes, they said they were placed too close to my lid and were causing irritation. They took them off and my lid is still a bit puffy and tender, but the redness on my actual eye is already subsiding. However, I may still need to see my eye doctor later this week. I may be a one-off since many others have had success here, but I would just advise to be careful when selecting a lash salon. Read Less

Their new location is deceivingly small on the outside but spacious on the inside. Very clean and relaxing. The whole process took about an hour and I was walking out with my new brows. I opted for the microblading/shading combo @ $420 plus an additional 20% tip. It came out to a cool $505. Expensive? maybe BUT the fact that I now have perfect 24/7 brows, screams worth it in my book. I referred a coworker and the next available appointment was in 6 weeks. So if you're on the fence, make a appointment anyways because she's booked well in advance. I am going back in a couple weeks for my complimentary touch up and decided to get eyeliner also. When you walk up to Chole's Style it may seem small from the outside,but  it is beautiful and elegant on the inside! I have been looking at micro blading for the past few months, and I've been checking places in my area that were reasonably price. I first called to schedule a consultation at Chloe's and I liked what they told me, surprisingly they had a cancellation on the same day I went it, so I had the appointment right then and there. Chloe did a wonderful job on my brows. I was so very hesitant to get it done to begin with because your brows are what shapes your face! So if it goes wrong I can end up looking a hot mess :( Luckily I found Chloe and I am in love with my new brows. I don't have to wake up and fuss with them anymore. Her place is very clean and tidy. I've been here 5 times already and each time Chloe and her staffs treated me very well. I like how nice and tidy the place is.It took me a while to actually go to Chloe because it is hard for me to trust anyone to do tattooing to my brows and eyeliner. This place was recommended by my cousin a few years back but I was too scared to go. I finally got enough courage to take the plunge to get my cat eyeliner done (top and bottom). I was very scared since lots of my friends had theirs done (somewhere else) and said it hurts like crazy and that it was just not worth it. I guess that was why I backed out and never went. But I guess I grew some courage and finally did it. Let me say, it hurts but not like it was uberly painful. It was bearable and I survived it. So if you are thinking about getting it done, dont hesitate, just do it!! Plus, they numb you several times before and during the process so it is not that bad. So because of her work, I also booked an appointment to come back for my brows. And let me say, Chloe did an awesome job. Hands down, one of the best decisions in my life! I no longer have to wake up extra early to fill my brows. I wake up and have perfect brows. Thank you for blessing me, Chloe!I've always been big on eyebrows but I slowly got tired of filling them in, especially when they were perfect or even. It was just a long process. I now save like 15-20 mins a day from not doing my brows!My cousin came with me during my visit and filled them out to my liking. Note: Chloe can do this for you too. I just trust my cousin. Chloe would add recommendations and once I approve, the process begins! They numb the eyebrow area before the microblading process. It wasn't that painful. Just little cuts here and there. End result? Beautiful brows. You then go back in a month for a touch up for any areas that might've been missed.One year later, my brows are still amazing. I didn't like the eyebrows tattoo, the reason is that Chloe did not covered a previous one I had as we agreed on the previous draw she made over my eyebrows and instead she made the new tatoo upper to the previous one and leaved it not symmetrical so both tattoos looks different. Read Less

I got my eyebrows micro-bladed twice with one touch up and these are my conclusions.  Pros: Great eyebrows at a cheap priceCons: Chloe and her staff are extremely rude and unprofessional.  I also noticed that Chloe and her staff have questionable sterile techniques. Tried Chloe's for the first time to get my eyeliner done and I'm pretty happy with them. Getting an appointment wasn't too complicating, they responded really quickly and were super accommodating since I was only visiting the area for a short period of time and then on top of that I had so many random questions about appts and changed my appt. time too but they were really nice about it and made changes as they fit me. I had eyelash extensions on and they were nice about taking them off for me before the actual procedure. She drew the eyeliner on to show me the thickness and how it would look and gave me some suggestions on size and style that she thought would go better with the shape of my eyes. So I went with her suggestions and I was happy about. The procedure itself took about 20mins it was super quick and she gave me a few options for the machines that I wanted to use. It was almost double in price but I went with the newer machine option they had since she told me it would help the ink stay on my skin better and less pain and swollen eyes. I've had my eyeliner tattooed on before so the pain seemed way less this time. Actually didn't hurt at all during the procedure just really tickled. The pain afterwards lasted for maybe about 30mins after the numbing cream stopped working. Slightly swollen but the puffy eyes went away within a couple of hours. I'll be hopefully going in for a touch up soon since I do want to fix some minor things, but that's what's touch ups are for right. I originally had my eyebrows done over 25 years ago (yes I'm that old).My friend had some fantastic looking eyebrows and eyeliner so I wanted to get tattoo eyeliner just like hers. I've been thinking about getting tattoo eyeliner for the longest time - 15 years! When I first started thinking about it, I was not entirely convinced it was a good idea when I saw a lot of my aunties and even my Mom's tattoo eyeliner look wonky and fade. I finally got the courage to get tattoo eyeliner done.  Times have changed and the ink and technique for the tattoo artists have changed dramatically. I actually have a high tolerance for pain so tattoo eyeliner should be a cakewalk, right? My concern was that since the needle is so close to the eyeball that terrified me. However seeing how beautiful my friend's eyeliner tuned out I trusted Chloe and her tattooing skills.I put on my big girl pants and went to Chloe, hoping she could give me tattoo eyeliner on my top lid with a wing.If you're going to get an eyeliner tattoo, make sure you get an eye ointment before you visit Chloe so you you have it on hand when you get home. I got Walgreens Sterile Lubricant Eye Ointment to gently dab on for a few days afterwards. The salon is clean and well organized. When she first started looking at my eyes and touching the skin around it she immediately said that the skin around my eyes was too thin. Giving me thicker eyeliner and a wing was not possible and the ink would spread because of the thin skin.  Instead she suggested to tightline tattoo the top lid and if I wanted semi permanent or permanent. Considering semi permanent ink could last 2 years I was in no hurry to go back and do it again so I said permanent ink. They have a German machine that supposedly doesn't hurt that much so I choose that as well.  They put on a numbing cream on your lid and not going to lie, that stung a little but I took a deep breath and went to my happy place. I laid down for 10 minutes to wait until the cream to work and tried to meditate.The tattoo did not hurt, instead it just felt weird having to look down and to the right or left whilst Chloe was manipulating my eyelid. After about 10-15 minutes she was done. She said since my skin was thin it was a challenge to tattoo them but she was glad I didn't move or complain too much. They rinsed out my eyes with water and I finally got a chance to look at the finished product. Wow......I LOVE my eyeliner tattoo! She managed to make my eyes look awake! If I wanted a cat eye all I had to do is put in a little flick at the end.After I sat there she looked at my eyebrows and said that the person who did it before didn't do such a good job and I have two different colored tattoos going on. I looked into a mirror and she's absolutely right! She didn't say it to upsell her services, she was just being honest. I had my eyebrows done earlier this year by another person in HK but I'm going back to Chloe next year to fix them. I was so happy with my results I've convinced several friends to get tattoo brows with Chloe. A friend just got her eyebrows tattooed (she had surgery and there were differences in her skin so Chloe measured her eyebrows carefully) and is happy with them. I found this place on yelp because I was considering getting my brows microbladed.After doing extensive research I decided to go with Chloe and booked my appointment through Yelp.When I got there they had me fill in the forms, and then sue came in and applied numbing cream. After letting the numbing cream sit for a bit, they had me lay in the chair and poked holes along my brows to get the numbing cream deep under the skin.Then Chloe came in and we discussed eyebrow shapes, she gave me a new shape that I was not used to, and told me to trust her. She extended my brows and gave them a little arch at the end. When she was done I didn't know how to feel about them. I almost even regretted my decision because they were really thin and so different from how I had done them.Over the next few weeks I grew to love the shape. I had realized that I had been doing them wrong all along. They were really triangular looking, and now I have nice brows with an arch. They were not as thick I would have liked, but Chloe assured me it's better to start thin and build up in the touch up appointment. There was light scabbing and no redness. The brows healed pretty quickly. By the second week 90% of the scabs have fallen off and healed.On the second appointment. I asked Chloe to make them slightly darker and thicker. She told me she didn't want to go too dark, because without makeup it would look too dramatic for daytime. She did ask I asked, and I love my brows now. Second time healing was about the same as the first.I do like that during the day they are not super dark and have a more natural look to them. If I'm going out at night, I just take a brow pencil and fill in the tails to make them darker and a tiny bit more dramatic at the end. I am SOOOOO in love with my new eyebrows!!! THANK YOU!!! Here is my experience with Chloe's Style:Price: $375 + tipI booked my appointment a month in advance. I arrived 15 minutes early and one of the staff members took me in immediately to look at my eyebrows. She took off my eyebrow makeup and snapped a couple of "before" photos. I was then moved into the next room where they put some numbing cream on my eyebrows. They then gave me some paperwork to fill out and after about 15-20 minutes later, Chloe went to work. She took her time to draw the outline and at one point even erased one brow to do it over. When I was satisfied with the shape, I laid down and she started microblading my eyebrows. I didn't feel anything! It didn't hurt at all. There were a few times where I felt the cut but it didn't hurt that much. Chloe always paused to make sure I was comfortable. I was expected the procedure to take 2 hours but fortunately I was in and out in just over an hour. Everyone was super friendly and I am very happy with their service. Be ready to look kind of crazy/wear a hat for a week:Days 1-3: my eyebrows were dark. My boyfriend made fun of them nonstop, LOL. Days 4-8: lots of scabbing so they might look patchy and kind of dirty since you can't directly wash your eyebrows with water What you should know before getting them done:- you won't be able to shower for 2 days so make sure you shower the morning of your appointment- stock up on make up remover wipes because you won't be able to wash your face for a week- when you shower after 2 days of no showering, make sure NO WATER gets into your brows. I just covered them with Vaseline & Saran Wrap. Scotch tape helped the Saran Wrap stay on. After getting out of the shower, gently dab the Vaseline off with a  paper towelIf you can avoid work/school for a week, that would be great because honestly I felt so gross. I'm used to washing my entire face daily. My eyebrows are now completely healed with no more scabbing!!! I'm so happy! Thank you Chloe & staff! This was my first time doing microblading, did my research on local artists in the area and Chloe's Style had consistent 5 Star reviews. I 100% agree. From cleanliness, to friendly/accommodating staff and the skill of Chloe's technique... I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. Day Of:Appt. was @ 2:30 on a Wed. I came in about 15mins early and had a brief consultation before the session about what I was looking for. My brows are very thin and have a natural arch... I wanted more of a straight fuller look with an ash brown color that would match my roots. After looking at my skin type (caucasian, sensitive, oily and reddish skin) she informed me that I would bleed more, the ink would fade faster and would blur slightly over time but would retain it's shape. I knew this from all the YouTube research I did beforehand on my skin type that this would probably happen. I'm looking to save time so I'm perfectly fine with that. After the consultation my photo was taken then I was escorted to a room where they applied the numbing cream. After a few minutes the cream was taken off and Chloe started to draw on an eyebrow shape. She showed me what it would look like with my natural arch and asked if I still wanted a straight design or wanted the arch she just drew on. She then proceeded to draw the other eyebrow straight so I had a side by side comparison. Still preferring the straight look she then fixed the other to match. With the eyebrow design drawn Chloe began using the blade. She had asked me if I could feel pain, I said that it didn't hurt but that I could feel it but it was bearable. There was a part of my brow where I felt it a bit more so she did apply more numbing cream. After that I felt nothing. I would say it took about 15-ish minutes for her to complete each brow. Then she said ok you're done, had me sit up and gave me a mirror. I'm not gonna lie, I was scared to look... when I looked at them tho I was very impressed. She is definitely an artist!Once Chloe was done, Sue escorted me back to take more pictures and schedule my next included session in 1 month. I was out by 3:30 so altogether I was there for a little over an hour. When you look at my photos please keep in mind since my skin type tends to bleed more by brows look very red in the pictures but will subside when they heal. Just DON'T be 30 minutes late mkay?" ...Girl. What? This left such a sour taste in my mouth and let me tell you why. I'm so thankful I found this place! I had been interested in microblading for a while and began my search on Yelp. I found 3 locations that I was interested in. I called and spoke with each and finally settled on Chloe's Style - and I'm so glad I did! She books up very quickly so don't be surprised if there's a ~1 month wait before your appointment. On the day of my appointment I went in having already done my eyebrows the way I typically do so she can see the arch I'm comfortable with. She analyzed the way I did them and made a couple of adjustments (which were very welcomed!) and proceeded to remove the makeup. Sue applied a topical numbing cream, and then we were off to work. The procedure itself took about 45 minutes, 1 hour in total if you count the pre-work. It was COMPLETELY pain free. If you're worried about the pain, don't be. You will feel a slight pressure while Chloe is working, but no pain. Let's just say my jaw dropped when I saw the finished product. My eyebrows never looked so good! Fast forward 1 month to my touch-up which I just had earlier today. She again applied a topical numbing agent, and Chloe was off to work. This procedure only took about 25-30 minutes. I was in and out in no time. Chloe's professionalism and expertise in her craft is unparalleled. If you're even remotely considering microblading, I encourage you to call and set up a consultation. Been researching for a while on places to get my eyebrows microbladed. I wasn't worried about the pain...I was more worried about not being happy and since they are right there on your face for everyone to see! There is no hiding that if someone messes up!After reading all the wonderful reviews I decided to go with Chloe. She was able to book me about a month in advance and an early appointment since I would be coming from San Francisco...I didn't want to get stuck in traffic. On the day of I washed my face no make up but I did draw in my eye brows so she could see how I wear them. Apparently, I have been doing them all wrong for my facial structure etc. Sue took me in had me fill out a few forms...then cleaned my eyebrows (took before pics) and applied a thin layer of numbing cream. I sat there for about 10-15 mins then Chloe wiped the cream off and began her magic. She drew in my eyebrows and at first you are taken back since they look way bigger and boxier but that's just for her to use as a guild line. She has you lay down puts on her magnify glasses and  begins her work. After about 15-20 mins she keep looking and looking then Sue comes in to check things out. Both ladies are so sweet and Chloe had me laughing about her experience with permanent makeup etc! After she was done she had me sit up and look at them. I was shocked they looked amazing...she used a med/dark brown color. They looked amazing. I knew they would look different as they started to heal. The following day they were really dark but now I'm about 9 day out and they are scabbing and looking softer. The overall experience was great and most of all I am thrilled with the results.
