I was on a trip to california because i used to live there and my mum finally said i could get my nose pierced. This was the only place that let me without photo identification. The employees were kind to me because i was very scared to get my nose piercing. I fainted and he brought me some sprite and that was sweet. I cleaned my stud three times a day for about six months with the stuff they told me to buy. It was super red for months after, and started developing a bump with pus inside of my nose. I've done so many at home remedies (sea salt soak, tea tree oil, etc), gone to a doctor for an antibiotic, and gone to another piercer to ask for help. I changed my piercing to a great quality one and things have improved..... I GUESS. Having a nose piercing was supposed to be fun and i've wanted one for years. Now i have to deal with it because the bump goes away for a little once i've cleaned it properly for a couple days, then it comes back in the next week or so with throbbing pain and i have to deal with it all over again. After these last 2 visits I'm done with this place.Last time I came 3 months ago, I waited 45 min just  to get my jewelry swapped out. The jailbait teens working there kept skipping over me. Then had an attitude when I questioned it.Today the "boss" (older Caucasian man in 50's w/ thick Russian accent) was at the store. He was helping me find the right size stud, but kept interrupting himself to yell at his employee (piercer in his 50's w/ long white ponytail, has been there a while). As the boss berated his employee in front of a store full of customers, he cursed him out and scared everyone else in the store with his terrifying temper.  The whole store cleared out, including myself. I stepped in to look for new jewelry for my cartilage piercing, but also ended up leaving with a new piercing : ) The process was very short and hassle free!! I paid about $35 for my flat piercing, $15 for new jewelry for my right side cartilage & a $5 jewelry change fee. The price for the flat piercing would've been at least $15 but the man at the front suggested that I move might right cartilage piercing to my new piercing. I thought this might make my ear more susceptible to infection but I went along with it anyways. My new piercing was very last minute, and the man in the front chose the spot! He looked about late 40's and is there very often. Thank u for the suggestions & helpful advice!! My piercing did not have any problems other than mild swelling and redness right after the piercing which is normal and has happened after all my other piercings. i got my first ever piercings here. the person working in the front was super accommodating and made some casual chit chat with my friend and i. then we got called in and the piercer (i think it was matt but i didn't get his name) immediately was super cool and joked around with us. it definitely helped my nerves and made me feel more comfortable as his humor fit ours perfectly. he used new needles and made sure i was comfortable and happy with the placement. the piercing itself hurt for a minute or two but didn't bleed and didn't hurt as bad as i was expecting. afterwards it was a little tender but after 5 hours i can barely tell they're there. having someone so calm and funny doing my first piercing made it a lot easier as i could tell he cared and knew what he was doing. i'm just sorry i didn't tip, as he did an amazing job and made me feel so good!! ask for the dude with the tattooed eyes as he's the sickest dude you can get pierced by. the price for the piercing and the earring + tax for single lobe was $38~ Read Less

Disappointed, but not surprised. I should have known better than to get jewelry here and I also should have checked yelp! It's a tattoo/piercing shop in a mall. I'm giving a 2 star review because the guy who helped me was nice, but I would not recommend buying from this place. I bought 2 septum jewelries here for a total of $20 (gold horseshoe, gold ring). I've only been wearing my gold horseshoe for about a week and its flaking already? After seeing my jewelry flaking (possibly oxidizing) I went on yelp to see that other customers had the SAME thing happen to them. I did a bit of research and to my knowledge, jewelry made of surgical steel are meant to resist rust and discoloration (correct me if I'm wrong). I was told by the person working there that the things I bought were made of surgical steel. If that was the case then why did it only last a week? Why did it start chipping? I'm aware that this isn't real gold, but I wasn't expecting it to CHIP or change color within a week. I will most definitely not touch the gold hoop I bought now. I switched back to the jewelry I was pierced with originally because I was so afraid of the gold horseshoe oxidizing/chipping even further! If I left it in any further I swear it would have turned green. After reading other reviews of oxidizing jewelry, I really can't give Body Jewlz's jewelry the benefit of the doubt. My original horseshoe jewelry is made of surgical steel and there has not been any issues with it. I got my septum pierced elsewhere back in July 2018 and I've worn the jewelry in the shower, worked out, and in general, got it wet many times. There have been no signs of discoloration, rust, or tarnishing after wearing it for almost a year. I'm going to go on Etsy or Body Candy to get my jewelry from now on. It's actually safe to wear, retains its quality, and is far cheaper than here. My sister got a gold hoop from Body Candy and it has not shown any sides of discoloration or chipping. I've been here to get my nose pierced and my tragus pierced. I also have gotten all of my piercings changed here by Matt, the piercer as well. He can look creepy honestly if you're not around people who look goth but he is the best piercer ever! I have a lot of piercings so I think it's valid to say he knows what he's doing. It sounds so sketchy to go get a piercing at a mall but once you walk into this place it is so clean and smells so nice. You can tell everyone there is serious about the job. They are also so friendly! Every time i go in everyone greets you and they will help you with whatever you want and will explain everything to you perfectly. Matt helped me pick out the jewelry size and it's literally perfect, i told him what i wanted and he did an excellent job. He is super cool and friendly he doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or weird. He is the one of the few piercers that actually makes the experience as pain free as he can. I know many piercers make it super painful when putting in or cleaning jewelry and he has a very gentle touch. Highly recommend him. Getting a piercing is definitely something you want to get done by a professional and he is great! He answers all my questions wonderfully he has taught a lot of things other piercers don't. Most piercers just give you the piercing and minimally explain things to you but he will get in detail about whatever you want and I appreciate that. The tattoo artist and owner are both very friendly here and never make me feel uncomfortable. I had an AMAZING experience. I went to another piercing place to switch my nose piercing for a hoop and this place change for a piercing way bigger than the one I had before. I stopped at Body Jewlz by accident, they showed me and explained the reasons why my nose was so red and hurt! They show me my new option of piercing. I got my first cartilage piercing here on one ear around a week ago. Like everyone else said, the manager was pretty rude and a little dismissive when I asked him questions about the piercing. You sign a waiver before they do the piercing. We didn't wait long- 5 minutes or so. I didn't catch the name of my piercer but he seemed pretty experienced. I came with my friend and she got her second lobe piercings, while I got the cartilage piercing. So far, both our piercings seem okay-no excessive pain, bleeding, or swelling. It hurt and bled quite a bit the first two days but the redness has definitely gone down and it stopped bleeding, so far. The piercer gave me three choices for where I wanted my piercing to be and marked it to make sure I was comfortable with it before he went through with it. The piercing itself is $35 and I paid an extra $15 for the diamond stud rather than the dull silver stud that comes with the piercing. Their aftercare spray was $12-definitely overpriced but I still bought it. I'll update in a few months on how it's doing. For now, I'm using the spray 2-3 times a day, as well as a warm saline wash before bed. No infections so far-fingers crossed! Read Less

Ok sooo the only reason they are getting 2 stars it's for this Indian guy doesn't care about customer service, I came to this location a few days ago payed for my piercing and since they were so busy I  would have waited 2 hours to get my piercing so I told the girl that I would comeBack to get it done because I had to go, she said ok And wrote it down on the concent form, I come back days later the same girl is there and finds my paperwork saying that she remembers me, and puts my convent form firs since I was coming back for being so busy, so this Indian guy puts it all the way in the back and the girl says but she payed already and is coming back?! The guy gives her a look!!!! Since he can tell I'm also waiting for his response on that, and just says she'll come in soon! So I ask the guys so I'm not next ? And he's like you have to wait, seriously! The girl remembered me and knew I left because It was super busy, that girl should be that Guys boss! She knows what's important! I've had my nose pierced for a almost a year with not one issue. I changed my nose jewelry about two weeks ago from an L-shape nose ring to a stud with a flat back. I'm very diligent about cleaning my nose ring daily with soap and water. Last week it started to get irritated, so I used wound wash and monitored it. I woke up a few hours ago in pain and looked in the mirror, my nose was extremely swollen and irritated. I'm not sure if it was the type of jewelry, or the fact that the stud and stump were so close together it didn't have room to breathe. It was swollen on both sides so much that I could barely find the ring. Safe to say, I just had to forcefully cut the jewelry out of my nose, because it was so bad. Never again!! Read Less

I am putting 2 stars due to the untrained staff such as  the piercer with the short hair I believe his name was Danny or Daniel, my girlfriend and I got piercings and they came out crooked. I got mine re done by him still crooked and I know that that human anatomy is not symmetrical but to some degree you can pierce them to look similar. I had someone else re do them and they were upset at the way the original piercer made them. Even after getting them somewhat fixed they were still uneven, so I ended up taking them out. The manager is was very nice but sometimes very rude trying to rush people in and out and he does not have knowledge of the fields this store represents. Another reason was because one of the times I came to purchase a piercing, the tattoo artist with the long hair I think his name is Dale, was doing a tattoo and he started going around touching stuff around the store with the dirty inked bloody gloves this included stuff being handed to the customers. After going around he picked up stuff from the ground and then continued to tattoo. My girlfriend actually talked to him about an appointment to get a tattoo but after we saw this I cancelled it, before we left a deposit. The staff here can be really nice but the work and sanitary reasons are not up to professional standards. The piercing I purchased for my wife actually broke, the stone fell out within 5 hours of having it. Please don't come here for your own safety.Also I asked the staff member about whose tattoos were on the walls and they told me that they don't belong to the artist that is currently there. Came in today to get a second opinion on my nose piercing that just wasn't healing right + it had fallen out overnight. I got it pierced in San Diego at a pretty subpar place. I paid about $15 for them to try to fit it back in. I talked with Matt, who is such a sweetheart! He was really honest with me, telling me that I'd have to wait to pierce my nose again due to a keloid and even recommended a place near me in SD. I got my tragus and second lobes done here over a year ago, and they've all healed up well. This was my third time getting a tragus done, and they used a longer piece of jewelry that was more comfortable during the healing process and easier to clean. I didn't have any of the previous issues I had of my tragus getting infected. They were also able to change out an infected helix piercing I had, and it resolved that as well. I'd definitely recommend this place! No issues with my piercings, piercer was very knowledgeable, and it was pretty affordable. Not too long ago I visited this store for two piercings, nostril and helix.  And while my helix is healing fine 3 months later, my nostril is a mess.  Not only did I have to take it out because it was slanted and irritating itself but also I have a huge bump on my nose because of the irritation.  I couldn't save the piercing and just change the jewelry because of how bad the piercing job was.  I spent $220 here on gold jewelry for these piercings and now half of that is going down the drain.  When people tell you to avoid body jewlz for piercings that are much more difficult than lobe, listen to them.  Do not waste your money here!  Go to Pierced Out or Make Me Holey! I wish I would've done research before coming here. My 8 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced and people suggested to take her to a piercing place as opposed to a Claire's. Our piercer was AWESOME (didn't get his name, though). After the first lobe was done my daughter freaked out, started crying and wouldn't let him do the 2nd lobe. He was SO patient with her, talked to her at her level, calm voice, tried to explain everything to her so she could understand. He couldn't have done a better job with her. Eventually, my daughter let him do the 2nd lobe.But in the meantime, during this delay, I knew there were people waiting and the manager kept coming in and with no compassion kept asking "when will you be done", "have you even done one ear yet", "what am I supposed to do, tell these people to leave?"  All during when my daughter was crying in my arms. I understand that there was just one piercer and people were waiting, but geez, this is your business and at least care a little about it. Another staff member at one point also came in during the middle of it and rudely asked, "so people are asking how long this piercing is going to take". During one of the times that the manager came in to say something about how long we were taking, our piercer just ignored him and kept talking softly to my daughter. I appreciated that. Afterwards, when we were finally done, it seemed like the manager immediately took our piercer to the next room to talk to him. Our piercer didn't even get to say goodbye or give us aftercare instructions. We were led out to the main part of the store with no one following up with us. I waited for a while and finally asked someone about aftercare and with attitude she handed me a card and said, "It's our last one but I guess you can take it. Just read it."   We left and I read it and it said something about using a spray 3x a day. It doesn't state what the spray is. I went to Target later to buy a saline spray because I thought I heard her say something about saline earlier. Our piercer was wonderful and I tipped him nicely. The rest of the floor staff and who I think was the manager/owner were horrible. I actually was interested in getting a helix piercing, but it definitely won't be here because of how we were treated. I got a double helix piercing about a year ago. They seemed nice, but sometimes they didn't know how to answer my questions. They told me I could come back with any questions I had. A couple weeks after getting them done they became incredibly swollen. I went back in and they told me I needed to buy a bigger ring/bar thing. I figured they knew best so I did. Then I started having the dreaded piercing bumps... they told me to keep cleaning it with the spray they gave me and it would be fine. I gave it time and kept going back because it never got better. A year later I finally gave up and went to a different shop who finally told me it was beyond repair and I had to take it out... I went through a year of pain and annoyance that this shop told me was normal and would go away. I wasted money on two piercings and two sets of jewelry that ended up in the trash. I came here to get my seconds done in March. At the time, everyone was very friendly. However now almost five months later, neither piercing has healed. I went in to Body Exotic today to be evaluated and they said that my left lobe looks just like it was pierced today. They blamed the jewelry I was sold, as the bar was too thick and short and compressed my piercing. They also said the *lobe* piercing has gone through cartilage so therefore wasn't done properly. When they took my earrings out, the holes closed immediately. They sold me new earrings and helped me put them in, and told me to discard the ones Body Jewlz gave me. I'm now an extra $50 out because of Body Jewlz' poor judgment and my piercings aren't expected to heal for another 12 weeks. Very disappointed (and still in lots of pain). Read Less

Just got one ear pierced here. Because I wanted a clear, non obvious stud, they "custom" made a piece for me which was nothing more than putting two scrapped pieces together. They jacked up the price to $70, piercing and stud. I asked my friend and they said it should've cost around 30. Becareful. They will rip you off if you don't your prices. I have a smiley piercing done by Body Jewlz at the EASTRIDGE MALL, I came here when I was visiting and bought a captive bead ring and had it put in by the piercer, keep in mind I had asked for titanium jewelry, and I was told I was possibly sold something else. The staff was AMAZING so sweet, and funny very great people but the fact that I have to take my piercing out because the damage this jewelry has done is unreal. After many years of wanting a nose piercing I finally got one at this place. The price was a bit steep, $54. The venue nice and clean. Service was lackluster. They sold me an upgrade to a bar +$15, so I did. What I didn’t realize is that they sold me a gage that was too short/small for my nostril. The piercing was quick and they don’t provide any paperwork on self care. The piercer, Chris, was short with words and even shorter after the piercing was done. Sadly, as a “professional” he never examined my nose or the jewel I bought to see if its a good length. They basically will pierce whoever comes through. The first week was painful! With a short bar the pierce was SINKING into the hole. I kept having to push the jewel up numerous times a day. After the swelling went down nothing changed. The pierce looked as if I had an extra large pore on my nose that was a jewel. Totally self conscious about it for two weeks I finally got it looked at by another piercer at Players, Inc. Sure enough I was right! The bar was sinking in my nose which could of caused infection and growth! I lucked out by not getting neither! I replaced it with a proper length “L” shape jewel and what a difference it makes. Relief of pain and uncomfortable pressure! I would not recommend anyone to come to this place nor will I come back. First of all they're really overpriced for doing a shitty job, the first cartilage piercing I got they ended up doing it crooked. Looking at most of the reviews it seems like I'm not the only one! I also can't even take out the cheap jewelry. When I asked if they could take the jewelry out for me because I've been having a hard time, he responds with we'll only take it out for $15. Um why do I have to pay you to take out a cheap ass jewelry that I'm just going to throw away? Why is it even stuck in the first place?????????? I had as positive of an experience that someone who is afraid of needles can have while getting my cartilage pierced.  Jesse was super kind and patient throughout the whole process.  He did a great job answering all my questions about the process and really helped calm me down.  I would recommend him to anyone but especially to people like me who have a fear of needles.  Out of the 3 people I've gotten piercings from (at other stores) and every person that has ever poked me with a needle for whatever reason, Jesse is the only one I would go back to. Despite some of the negative comments, I decided to go here because I trust the people that work here. I wanted a small tattoo on my wrist for my fiance and Dale did a beautiful job. I showed him an idea of what I wanted and he made it better. Very friendly and I enjoy the staff at both Eastridge and Valley Fair locations. i really love the workers here; they're really sweet and helpful when you ask them questions. the pricing is also pretty reasonable and its generally a cool store. unfortunately, i had a bad piercing experience here. i got my cartilage done and it seemed to be fine until it started getting infected a month or two into the piercing. i thought it was normal so it was cool with me, until i went to get more piercings at another shop. my piercer guy there informed me that my cartilage piercing was too slanted, therefore it pinched my skin and was giving me trouble healing. so i have to take it out and let it heal properly. however, my mom did get her nose pierced at this store a couple of years ago and it turned out perfectly fine, so i don't know what went wrong for me. if you're desperate for a piercing and this is convenient, then you can test your luck. if you can wait, you definitely should find a better place. Actually,  I didn't have a bad time with these guys at all. Got my upper ear pierced. No infection. No discomfort. The staff was cool. I had gotten pierced in the same spot 10 years before in NC and got severely infected,  so I was super scared and kind of tripping. They kept reassuring me.  Told me they were using a titanium stud. My gf and I did it together that day. Even though it was my idea,  my gf went all in for it. Anyway,  it has been 3 months later neither one of us have had a problem. I am just tired of reading all the negative reviews. There are people out there,  such as,  myself and my gf who had a great experience. My gf didn't care for the owner,  but I don't really mind that he is straight forward. He is just brash, probably from his culture. Don't take it personal.  Just keep an open mind and get pierced. Went in to buy a captive bead ring and knew the exact gauge and dimensions I wanted as I was replacing one I'd lost. The person behind the counter must have been new because they didn't know what a captive bead ring was and tried to hand me a tray of circular barbells, none of which were labeled with the gauge I's asked for. I pointed to the correct tray in the cabinet and they grabbed the one next to it, again full of the incorrect jewelry. No big deal; everyone's new at some point and I don't fault that person at all. Eventually a piercer who's possibly the manager walks up and rudely takes the tray from the salesperson and asks what I want. I tell him EXACTLY and he just looks at me and asks which piercing I want to put it in (not looking me in the eye) but scanning my many visible piercings. When I tell him he explains to me there's no way it'll fit and doesn't believe me when I confirm that I know it will. At which point he demands to examine my ear and goes so far as to reach across the counter and touch my ear to gauge his appraisal and again says that it won't fit. (Anyone working at a piercing studio should know it is 100% inappropriate studio etiquette to touch a customer's or in fact your own piercings without cleaning or gloves and while outside of the piercing area. Do not allow someone to do this to you.I didn't know he would try to touch me.) He then recommends me a CBR several millimeters in diameter larger than what I want and in a larger gauge and says I must be confused when I confirm that I've had the diameter and gauge CBR I want in my piercing before and had zero problems with it. (Another diameter I can understand, but you can't just switch jewelry gauges unless you're looking to change the gauge of the piercing itself, which I wasn't.) He eventually tells me that they do not have what I want which I had surmised on my own after reading the labels on the trays myself and I walked out. Bought exactly what I wanted elsewhere and it fits like a glove. Piercing is happy and healthy as it has been for years.  I won't go back to this place from what I've seen and recommend nobody else does unless they are fully knowledgeable of how a piercing experience should go and don't have a problem standing up for themselves or walking out if they are dissatisfied. Even then I'd sooner spend my money elsewhere. Were he simply brusque with me I wouldn't have cared and simply written it off as poor manners. The staff member touching my ears on the sales floor without permission was unacceptable to me and I believe he was trying to sell me something I didn't want when they didn't have what I needed. Annoying in most circumstances, but this product was meant to go into my body. **I have no experience with actually being pierced or tattoed here and cannot attest to the services provided by every individual artist themself, but my experiences on the sales floor do not make me comfortable going in to get any procedure done. I experienced one inappropriate staff member and one untrained one. The rest may be perfectly fine and when it comes to piercers it really is on an individual basis, so just make sure wherever you go that you're informed enough to recognize what should and shouldn't be happening and know that you're allowed to speak up if you have questions or concerns. Unprofessional. Went here to buy a titanium nose ring, which they had a good price for ($20). Also paid the $5 charge to have a piercer change my stud out and put the ring in. The whole experience was very rushed. The piercing was bleeding when the hoop was in place and I noticed as I was getting up to walk away and had to ask the piercer to wipe the blood away. Didn't seem very experienced, now my nose is very sore. Would have rather paid more for jewelry to have better service. Staff doesn't seem to care much about anything but getting you out as quick as possible. The two guys at the front were having a conversation the whole time I was looking at jewelry so I was very unmotivated to ask them questions about pricing, material, etc. Will have to seek help with piercing elsewhere. Went into the store on Mother's Day with my wife to get a tattoo.  A nice sales associate asked if I needed help.  I asked her about getting a tattoo at which point she informed me the tattoo artist wasn't available today.  I began to ask questions but was interrupted by the older white gentlemen who was helping another customer when 1st entered. Let me start by saying this - don't get an intricate piercing at a mall. You'll probably get an infection. I've had my industrial and conch piercings done at other stores with more reputable piercers and experiences - no problems there! Do your research!!!Needless to say, I went here to get a third lobe piercing (it's extra charge if it's not your first love piercing). Jesse was my piercer. He was really chill and friendly. First, he cleaned my earlobes and then dotted the area of choice - which I got to check out and approve. Then he went ahead and used a needle to pierce. All tools he used came from sealed packages which is always great. He did a really good job! I was happy with the result. With his four years of piercing experience, I would trust Jesse to do other more intricate piercings. But I didn't see any iodine being used, so maybe not. Then again, I only came here for a lobe piercing - simple and safe. I haven't gotten anything intricate done at a mall before and don't plan to. If you do, I would suggest RESEARCH and even a consultation. Overall, for a lobe piercing, it was great. Why the one star knock off? I paid for their saline solution here but the receptionist never handed it to me. Got my ears pierced, asked Jesse about it and he handed me one. When I was about to leave, they called me out asking if I really paid for the solution and demanded to see a receipt. I get that they're trying to make sure. Totally fake & caused me a year of pain.  I'm skin sensitive to certain metals, so wanted to purchase NeoMetal earring pieces.  I spent close to $200 on the jewelry and left happy / excited.  Using this jewelry, my piercings just kept getting irritated, never healed, but I didn't give up.  After a year, I went to change out the jewelry and saw that the metal posts had all turned dark.  OMG, Body Jewlz represented to sell me NeoMetal jewelry, but either gave me cheap, not authentic pieces, and cheap backless backings, made of who knows what kind of metal.   Since I have sensitive skin, this underhanded deception caused me a year of pain, where my piercings did not heal.  When I put in 'new' jewelry from a reputable piercing shop, my piercings started to heal in the regular amount of time and the irritation stopped. WOW, this whole time, I trusted Body Jewlz, they purported to give me a 'discounted' price too for buying 6 pieces of jewelry, but it was just shiny, pretty, low-grade items that you don't find out until later when they turn dark and you develop skin problems.Thanks Body Jewlz for causing me a year of discomfort and unhealed piercings because you took advantage of me by selling me cheap quality metals, that you purported to be high quality. Horrible store. Do not ever have any thing done here or purchase anything here. They messed up my sisters mouth and the manager will take no responsibility for anything. He blames everyone else but takes no initiative for his own store. The employees at the Eastridge location were astounded that they pierced something so wrong. TERRIBLE. Don't come here unless you want your piercing to get infected. They have very low quality jewelry which I'm clearly allergic to. I should've known not to come back here. I got my nose pierced here back in college and it got terribly infected. Fast forward a few years later I got my nose re-pierced in Santa Cruz and the healing process was great. Now that my nose is healed I wanted to switch my stud out for a ring. I was already at the mall and thought why not? I'm just changing out the jewelry. The whole process was fine, but it's been about 8 hours and I already have a small bump just like my first piercing. It's a shame. Now I have to spend more money to get new jewelry elsewhere. I got my industrial piercing done here and let me say this... i clean my ears every morning, day, & night after work and it was fine for a few days. and the night i cleaned it before i went to bed, i woke up with a swollen ear and blood dripping down my face. i refuse to take this piercing out since i JUST got the damn thing. ill give you guys an update in a few days. I would give them zero stars if I could. Went in not knowing anything about nose piercings and asked for a ring. They pierced and two days later it was grossly infected I waited a few more days to see how if it cleared up. Today I went to a body jewelz in SF to get advice and they were surprised at the cheap jewelry they used and that they had pierced me with a ring. Apparently you are never supposed to pierce with a hoop. My nose is now infected. The hole ripped down due to the hoop, and I couldn't get a stud to replace the hoop because my hole was so infected. I ended up paying $50 for an infected hole in my nose. The body jewelz at stones town were very nice and offered to re-pierce for free in a month when I come in to check for SCARRING. Omg, I should have looked at the reviews before buying from here! Please keep in mind that I normally don't leave any bad reviews but I had to for this place.I literally bought a few earrings a day ago thinking they would fit my ears. FYI everyone, all sales are final and you can't even do an exchange. Not being able to do an exchange isn't even written on their receipt. I wasn't even notified of their policy when purchasing them at the cashier when they should let their customers know at all times. When I went home to take a closer look, they looked too big to even fit my holes. To be honest, this is my first time purchasing any flat back earrings so I couldn't even try them on because I didn't know how to take the backs off. Looking at my receipt to see what their return/exchange policy is like, it says all sales are final and no returns. I don't need to do a return, I just need to find some earrings that fit. Very clean and professional establishment. The needles and the studs are in a sterile pack, with needles disposed of after use. For nose, the use L rings, so it can release stress on the nose. I got my nose piercing done 3 months ago and I loved it. The guy was friendly and gave me well informed information on how to clean my piercing & when I'm allowed to change it.
