I highly recommend Lyfestyleink and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I discovered them late last year through Instagram and have been visiting the shop almost every 2 weeks ever since to get some new ink done because of the incredible artists and warm environment. From the moment you walk in you can tell that all four artists care about their clients and want them to be comfortable. The majority of my work has been done by Daniel and Ching (and I had a small piece done by Hyphy). They listen to your needs but also help you to trust in the process. I hate hitting shops with bad reviews but I have no choice. Let me start out by saying the shop was clean and the artists were cool as hell. I felt like family and that is what I want in a shop. NOW...1) I was dumb I didn't ask to see the artists portfolio(that's on me). There were pics of clean work, the place had great reviews, and artists were all tatt'd up so they look the role. 2) I looked at the stencil and thought the lines were wonky but been to enough places where a good artist adds shading and contrast and does way more than the stencil 3) I looked at it while he was working and didn't say anything. I figured there was no way he was gonna leave it like that...4) I left and didn't give him the chance to make It right, I was just so shocked at how bad the lines were, no depth to the trees or bridge just flat color. I am not gonna call out the guy by name just be careful lasts a life time and this artist needs more practice before charging...100$ tat Iam going to end up paying 40$ to fix...Shame on me for not stopping at any of the signs. Do NOT go here for text tattoos! I came here because I wanted to cover up a scar that I have on my arm. First off, the owner, Daniel, will make you feel rushed. I wanted to check out different placements, but each time I asked to check out a different area, he made a joke like, "*Sigh* I should've charged you my hourly rate." When I made a comment about checking out a different font, he said, "What! You're committed already to this font." Ugh, as soon as he made these comments, I should've just walked straight out. I don't care if I had to pay $500 or more for the tattoo, I wanted it to turn out perfect, considering I had a scar there and wanted to cover it up perfectly. And guess what? It was far from perfect. The tattoo is COMPLETELY crooked that everyone made comments afterwards like, "Omg, what was the tattoo artist thinking? Why did you go to that tattoo parlor?" Sure, I got a complete refund from Daniel, but what good use is a refund if I need to spend that money to go to a different parlor to try to fix it? Even if I try to get it fixed, it'll never be perfect because everything is crooked. Daniel told me that it's due to my scar, but honestly, it's not, because the tattoo slants up, and I have zero scars at the end. He just didn't pay attention to any of the details. The tattoo SLANTS UP, what the heck? He was NOT focused on trying to get me the perfect tattoo, he just wanted to finish his job and end his night. This is a very professional and clean tattoo shop. Everyone in the staff is very friendly and informative. Daniel, the owner is very professional while still keeping an eye to eye demeanor with each of his clients. In other words, you can trust him, which is a very important trait in a tattoo artist. Ching is an amazing artist.  She really took her time working out what I wanted and really walked me through the process in a very patient and creative way while still working with what I wanted done.  The parlor itself is an amazing testament to her overall creative abilities as an artist with many of her contemporary art pieces hanging on the walls of a very sharp and clean parlor.  I have had nothing but compliments as to how ornate and detailed my tattoo is and have already without hesitation referred people to her.  i am planning on getting one more in the next year and will absolutely seek her talents again.Rick V Read Less

I have to say, I am astonished of the cleanliness of this tattoo parlor. The workers too, probably the kindest and most attentive people I've come across in this industry. They're kid and food friendly.I came in here about a week ago to get a consultation with my boyfriend for the tattoos he wanted. He had quite a few ideas, so we were coming in to just get an estimate, see what it'd look like on him and discuss the different tattoos to see what would be first to mark his skin. I was truly skeptical and praying there would be no actual tattoo, day of. I was wrong, there was, and oddly enough, I am quite pleased.Daniel sketched on the initial idea my boyfriend had, FREE HAND and it was dope. I just wasn't down for such a big piece with future engagements coming along. He also sketched on the other ideas my boyfriend had in mind. My anxiety was growing as I didn't want to be the girlfriend to put her foot down and emasculate him in front of everyone in the store, tattoo artists included. However with a giant chest piece and some neck tattoos sketched on, the inner me started to freak out. I voiced my concerns to Daniel and the 3 of us threw ideas back and forth until we all found a spot that my boyfriend and myself could agree with.I really appreciate the attention to detail and care Daniel took, to make sure we were both happy with what he was about to do, along with the care he took while actually tattooing my boyfriend that same day. Very clean facility with a great ambience. The artists are great and do great work overall. The environment is safe and kid friendly as well. From the art pieces throughout the shop, to the cleanliness from the floor to the chairs. I've been going to Daniel before he opened Lyfestyle Ink. He is absolutely amazing. I love that he listens to what you want, he makes it about you and that's how it's supposed to be. He throws out ideas to help you brainstorm but in the end it's always what you want. His work is fresh and clean. I had been looking for a tattoo place for awhile and couldnt find what i wanted in any of the examples i looked thru. I started talking to people who had tattoos that I liked and Lyfestyle came up a few times. I went in and talked to Daniel and knew I had found the place that would do my first tattoo. The shop was clean and organized and there was plenty of parking.Getting an appointment time that worked for me was easy too and Daniel completely got what I wanted and the first design he came up with was perfect.
