Rudy did a fantastic job. I came in on a Thursday I think, we scheduled for a week later and he would have options for me. I forgot a letter t in my spelling but he made sure all was right. This was my 1st tattoo and he made me very comfortable,  it didn't hurt, it was very clean and although the writing I requested was small the lettering was perfect and my cross was straight. I wanted to get a tattoo of my daughters name and I found out my college friend Rudy worked here. I contacted Rudy and he was super quick to draw something up and open to my ideas. Apparently, one should not have 2 g&t's prior to walking in.It would also be nice if the artiste said 'hey I just came off of a 12 job, first. But at least he was honest about the fact that he was unfamiliar about shark tats.Whatever, but when dude says "I think you're wasting my time"; b4 he says I just 12hrs. With only one other client; really bro.If you had just said, I just came off a long one first, there would be no review. My friend was feeling spontaneous and decided to get a new tattoo so I accompanied her. There are very few tattoo shops I know of in San Leandro so we turned to Yelp and found infamous tattoos! We dropped in and was greeted by Rudy who was one of the artists there. It was a small piece so Rudy had time to do my friend's tattoo that instant. With just a picture, he was able to freehand the tattoo and add his own flare to it. He was very professional and gave us his opinion on where he felt the placement of the tattoo would look best but always obliged to my friends needs. His professional experience definitely pulled through because my friend gave it a shot and went with what he had suggested and she was completely satisfied! The price was reasonable as well and my friend is in love with her tattoo! Sadly, she does not have a Yelp so I'm writing this review in place of her but for sure we'll be returning here for future tattoos from Rudy! Had baby's ears pierced here at age 11 months.  I didn't want to go to a jewelry store or those boutiques in the malls because they use piercing guns which can't be sterilized.  We were helped by Eric who manually used a sterile needle from the package for both ears.  He marked both ears before piercing and was patient as I checked and reconsidered the placement.  Baby fussed as we did this as she suspected something was up. She sat in my lap as I sat in the chair. During the piercing process I had one arm across her arms and the other over her forehead. Of course she cried after each piercing but was easily consolable soon afterwards.I like that Eric knew about using a clean technique. Cleaning the earring posts before placing the piercings and changing gloves between piercings. He also advised on how to care for and clean for the sites afterward.  I like that he knew about advising against alcohol or hydrogen peroxide for cleaning as those solutions can hinder the healing process. I've done wound care as part of my job and what he saying is correct.  He advised on cleaning the site with sterile saline with the option of antibiotic ointment. Sound advice for what is essentially wound care.  He used earrings with plastic posts with little jewel studs. The plastic backings are appropriate as they're very light and less likely to irritate the skin than metals. The only thing is that the posts are a little long for her small ears so the studs stick out a little bit. However the backings that secure them in place  cover the backing tips so they don't poke her behind her ears.Very reasonably priced especially compared to places that specialize in baby piercings where they have them sit in like an egg-shaped chair. This cost a fraction of those places for a process that really just takes seconds.  My main concern is risk of infection, and Eric seems knowledgeable enough on this. I purchased a hitch cover online and wanted it to stand out when mounted since it was so plain bland looking.  My husband suggested these fellas since we are about supporting small business.  When he ask what we wanted, he told us what colors he had and of course went with gun metal color.  When we got it, I was in Aww with the work that went into making this a masterpiece.
