Sergio is AWESOME Not only is he skilled at tattooing, he is the most easy going, chill, down to earth, friendly and patient artist I have ever met. I have three kids and work so scheduling is really hard for me.  The morning of my appointment, my schedule blew up in my face and I thought I was going to have to cancel. I was 45 minutes late and he was not mad at all and very understanding. He worked with me to find a good cover up for a tattoo on my finger. I went in there almost 2 months ago for my very first tattoo. I found Crystel through IG & made an appointment with her through there (since its by appointment only). The day of my consulation came, I knew what I wanted just not sure how I wanted it to look exactly. After meeting with Crystel, she sent me a draft a few days before my appointment to ok the sketch. And let me tell you, it looked AMAZING!!She was able to work with my schedule & got me in there 2 weeks after my consultation. She even came a little earlier before the shop opened for my session. I was running a little late, but she was completely understanding. I walked in super nervous but she reassured me everything was going to be ok. Before we started, she let me know that if I needed to take any breaks to just let her know. She made me as comfortable as possible. Crystel is just SOOOOO GOOD!! It didn't hurt at all. She didnt have a heavy hand. After my tattoo was done I reached out to her for a question about aftercare & she responded quickly. And even after healing, she reached out about my tattoo. Which means alot. Her customer service is GREAT! I love that she truly cares about her clients. I found Crystel on Instagram. Loved her work and decided to have her do a medium sized piece on my thigh above my knee. The process (consultation, appointment scheduling, etc.) from start to finish was simple and the customer service was amazing!1. The conversation in the shop is A1.2. The music in the shop is A1.3. The artists are A1.If you're looking for great work and a great environment then come here. The shop is easy to pass by, but they have an A frame "tattoo" sign outside.Also, if you need some eats before you sit for your tattoo there are some places near by(I went to Togo's).Overall, a great experience and I will be coming back for my future tattooing needs! I've been following Crystel on Instagram for a while and I loved her work! When I finally decided what I wanted to get done I knew I wanted her to do it. I emailed her to schedule a consultation and she got back to me right away. I did have to reschedule my actual tattoo appointment but she was very accommodating.When I went in for my tattoo, I didn't even have to change anything about her drawing.. it was exactly what I wanted! I started following Crystel on IG due to a friend mentioning her amazing artwork when I was looking to get my second tattoo. I fell in love with her art work as soon as I laid eyes on it. The tattoo I had in mind was a spine tattoo that was already drawn out. She requested that maybe we change things up a little since somebody probably already had that tattoo. I really wanted to stick with the original design as much as possible but I told her I wouldn't mind her adding/taking off a few things. She did an AMAZING job doing exactly just that. She made the original design come to life! I was so happy with the small changes that were done. So, I was extremely nervous about the placement of the tattoo. MY SPINE. I was shi**ing bricks thinking about how many things could go wrong. Again, she astonished me with the delivery of the tattoo. Her lines, her shading, the time she took to make sure the tattoo was straight.. I honestly couldn't thank her enough for doing such an amazing job!!! Tried getting tattoos today with my mom and sister, a basic ohana wording maybe 3 inches long. After drawing it up the guy told us "oh I should have mentioned it would be at least $120 per person" I would never pay that much for a ten minute tattoo and it was so rude that he made us wait 30 minutes while he drew it up to tell us the price. Never coming here again. Good luck taking walk ins to pay minimum $120 per hour. Such a joke. Read Less

My sister was already a fan of her art through Instagram when we started shopping tattoo artists (her art is clean and her color work is amazing!), and we reached out when we saw that more than one of her designs were right in line with the concepts we had in mind, which gave us a really good feeling about her from the start.Crystel was very professional, accommodating and easy to work with. So, I actually found Crystel's Instagram and contacted her via email for an appointment. She was very responsive! Setting up the appointment with her went very smoothly and she was able to work around my schedule. The consultation with her went well. I gave her my ideas and she sent me the sketch a couple days before my first appointment. Her sketch of what I wanted was better than I expected!Crystel is great! She made me feel 100% comfortable, starting from day one. Communication with her was always good and flexible. When it came to the tattooing, she was super chill and easy to talk to. Also, she made sure that the tattoo looked its best by taking her time and double checking the tattoo. Also, cleanliness was a plus! Crystel, if you are reading this, I apologize if I was quiet sometimes! I was really concentrating on trying to deal with the pain, hahaha. Anyways, super easy-going and super cool. Crystel is one if the best artist's I know of! I feel completely confident in recommending her. You really need to take the time and check out her portfolio and book an appointment with her, she is worth every penny. She is really professional. She works with you to ensure that you get the best design possible and that it looks exactly like what you want. She won me over when she was able to give me a cover up tattoo on my leg. The original design was about 10 inches long & all black. Crystel successfully covered it up with color, not an easy task to take on, but she was able to do it. After that she touched up my other tattoo and started working on my arm. I always get compliments on my art, and I owe it all to her. She is such a sweetheart, and always makes sure that I am comfortable during each session, allowing me little breaks when I need them.  I never feel rushed. I have been getting my tattoo done by Tony "Tone" Garcia for quite sometime now. He is very professional and takes pride in his work. I first got the rose tattoo from him and was amazed how he freehand drew it on me. I was skeptical at first but after seeing the result, That's was the time I became his regular. The place is really nice and super clean.  The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how open and clean it was.  My artist was Hairm.  Hairm is super sweet and very professional he had my drawing ready to go and it was exactly what I wanted.  Watching him set up you can see how methodical he is about keeping his space clean and sanitized.  We started my outline today and I was so impressed by how much he finished in such a short period of time.  I had work done on my upper thigh, and he made such I was comfortable and covered the entire time.  He even put up a privacy screen for me.  He made such the pain was as minimal as possible and checked several times to make sure I was doing good.  He made me feel every comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience.    I couldn't be happier with how clean the line work came out.  I can't wait until I'm healed up and ready to do my shading and coloring.  Hairm will defiantly be doing my work from now on.
